Friendly staff clean and tidy shop

Rude and arrogant staff working here.
After calling up to let them know about pastirma/basturma that tasted terrible and was clearly expired, they were the most obnoxious and rude people to deal with. Spent close to $100 on this food, called them within 30mins of buying it, only to be told there was nothing they can do about it. I offered to even return just the unopened packet to which the reply was one of "just don't buy from here again".

I absolutely won't be buying from here again.
The lack of cleanliness of the store upon entering should be a clear indication that hygiene standards don't exist here.

The blatant rudeness of the workers, overpriced items and extremely low quality of food should be enough to keep anyone away from here.
