Excellent service, friendly staff & manager, groceries products always available a pleasure to shop

All the workers are very friendly and helpful and are even great with kids especially when irritable and helping my 11 year old learn about using the self serve check outs among other kids and i have noticed the store is one of the cleanest stores i have entered well frequent a lot.

Everytime we go to do our shop at this coles the staff are super friendly and fast! I simply can not fault the team members at this store! Must be great management! 👍 well done team! Makes the over priced items lately more manageable not that I agree with the cost of living sky rocketing but great service certainly helps! Management please reward your front line workers they deserve it!

Great range of grocery items which has improved dramatically through the years. We can source all our food items nowadays from this store including non-food product.

I am not happy they removed the Coles store at St Marys to make away for stupid airport

Coles here always runs out of the stuff that's on special. Amazes me the purchaser must have an agenda. Also when you're waiting first in the line and someone comes in to the service desk and you're made to wait whilst they serve others, OUT OF TURN, SERVE FIRST IN ,FIRST SERVED. ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. TEACH YOUR STAFF.

So far so good I like going here because it's not as busy of Mt Druid's Coles it smaller but I got all that I needed for a big shop no deli but a big deli fridge. Staff are friendly and I always get a disabled parking spot which is really important to me as I have a illness that makes it difficult to walk. I usually get my shopping delivered and sometimes they send the wrong thing never a problem the staff are happy to change it for me. Infact I intend to do more of my shopping here instead of home delivery that way you see more bargains.

I love the staff here they are so happy they always seem to be smiling. They are happy to help you, happy to serve you. It sure makes a nice change to shop were people are happy doing there job. I will be shopping here more often. A Great Job Coles Ropes Crossing.

Staff are nice. Only issue is the hawkers outside trying to sell things or asking for money. Donations aren't made in the open for public forum, regardless of the cause I would never stop and donate while lurkers watch on. I donate in private and have weekly amounts deducted from my wage.

Helpful staff to show me where items are and what aisle number. Parking is very accessible as there is plenty of parking at the front and at the back lot.

Great little Coles Store. Nice produce. The staff are always nice and cheerful. Located in a great little shopping centre at Ropes Crossing. Lots of parking.

I've been shopping at Ropes Crossing since it opened. I absolutely love the friendly service. I've been to plenty of Coles stores but this is by far the best friendly service I've ever experienced.

we just love this shopping village, its got everything we need. always nice people are around. lucky to have a daily needs precinct very close to home.
