Amazing service, people there are great just like their cars, I was talking to the person who sold me this car named Charlie he really helped me out with finding the best car for me, wasn’t pushy wasn’t a liar and was very straight forward in a good way I appreciate him and he's team, I would extremely recommend this dealership 10/10 review.

Bought a 2007 Toyota Aurion. Upon getting the car serviced, the mechanic noticed a few problems. After contacting Western City motors, they went out of the way to look after me and fix up the car. At this point they probably didn’t have to, as it was at least 2 months after purchase.

However in the end I ended up with a great car for the price. Drove down to Shellharbour and back, handled Mt Keira with ease.

The follow up service with Costa who managed the handover was detailed and made the transaction so simple even with Optus down. Explanation of vehicles features in depth. I went to Car City on a whim and landed at Western City Autos. I was not feeling the love for my current generic XR6 and was looking for a car with some wow factor. This guy Charlie at Western City Autos was onsite and out of interest showed me this amazing Ford XR6Turbo 50th Anniversary edition. The car stood out like a beacon in Nitro Blue. Charlie was very knowledgeable and patiently pointed out the many features of this mint condition car. It was love at first sight! The test drive nailed it for me! The whole purchase process was seamless. After finance was organised, I was able to drive away two days after purchase.I also met the owner Greg and it was obvious that Charlie and Greg had passion and knowledge about the cars. The whole process was a great experiece and I would like to give Charlie and Greg a heartfelt thanks for their superior service and would highly recommend Western City Auto 👍😀😀

This was my second time (and definitely not the last) getting a car from Western City Auto Minchinbury. CHARLIE looked after me both times. I have to say he is too good, simply the best sales person we have ever dealt with. He has excellent customer service trait. It's been a few weeks now I bought my second car and Charlie is still looking after me (not because there's anything wrong with the car). My parents and I found Charlie very easy ,fun, honest and humble to deal with. I highly recommend Charlie for his excellent work. 5 star rating is not good enough for Charlie. He deserves more.

He has been a great help in recommending the best cars for me and he has been very patient in this process. He’s a lovely guy with great customer service skills. Charlie has been helpful from the beginning until I got the car, without his help I think I would of went from the car yard still not having a car set.
