Samantha is proactive in every aspect and has been invaluable in getting my house rented after renovations were needed at the property.

I have had my investment property for over 20 years now and I would have to say that this would have to be the best property management team I have encountered since I have had the property. For many years The Professional St Marys property management team have been taking care of my property, but last year when my property had some storm damage, JODY RYAN was EXCEPTIONAL. Jody took care of everything, liaising with the insurance company, trades people and the tenant. I basically didn’t have to do a thing. Jody continues to do a great job looking after the property and I absolutely would have no hesitation to recommend JODY to look after your property and also the property management team when Jody is on days off and/or on leave.

I can highly recommend the St Marys Professionals. They have looked after my rental property over many years, and I have always had a very friendly and helpful service from the staff.
Property issues are always solved quickly and to my benefit. Communication has also been exceptionally good. I would like to take this opportunity to thank two of the Property Managers Rosie Dunn and Leisia Pahuta who have looked after me so well over the past few years.
I have also found their sales team to be particularly good, some years back, I asked them to sell another property of mine and they asked for and achieved a much better price for it than I had hoped for and over short period and at a fixed charge.

Professionals have been managing several of my investment properties for over 10 years and continue to do so today. They are reliable, honest and dependable. McKenzie and Rosie are superb. I will continue to use them for my property management in the future without a doubt. I would recommend their services to anyone that needs their investment managed out this way.
