Grateful for excellent service.
Our fridge/freezer stopped working at a most inconvenient time, mid-morning on New Year’s Eve.
Called Sigma. They promised to come out that afternoon and they did come out late afternoon. It turned out to be a laborious and time-consuming repair job, but to their great credit, they did complete the job and repaired the fridge. We are certainly grateful, we appreciate the service provided and the effort made by Steve and Baz on a New Year’s Eve.

This man knows his stuff. Came in, partially pulled apart the machine, took it back to his, then next day brought it back, job done.

The machine now works great, and the price to replace the clutch was lower than expected. Definitely worth it.

Excellent service!!
I needed a replacement power cord for my washing machine, was the only place open on a public holiday. Even offered delivery if i lived closer as i had no way to get there until later in the day.
Will br my goto place for any appliance repairs or spare parts from now on!

Top service really went out of his way my freezer with $800 dollars worth
Of meat stopped cooling I had huge family bbq next day called Steve at 9 pm on a Friday night he didn’t hesitate came out within 30 mins fixed the thermostat and saved my meat from going off price was great considering it was late Friday night
