ABC Dentistry

We found Kylie about six years ago after being sent to a specialist in Brisbane. We went to her for a second opinion and came up with a plan for our son that avoided multiple extractions, composites, general anaesthetic etc. she has always been kind and gentle with our kids, incredibly quick and has the ability to treat with kids on your lap. Nothing phases her. We completely trust Dr Kylie and get along great with her.

Her staff are lovely, and always quick to help. Making appointments is super easy too. Kylie is available after hours via Facebook which has been a god send a couple times over the years. Out of pocket costs are reasonable as well.

Overall a very calming and pleasant dentist and staff.

Having moved here recently and had not the best experience with a dentist where we both ended up in tears!
Kylie and her team were literally a dream how they handled us from the start and my sensitive 6 year old with grace and ease. I never thought i would use those words for a dentist experience. My daughter is asking to go back. Highly recommend for anyone with children!!

Dr Kylie has such a fantastic way with tweens and teens. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a highly professional dentist who is caring and has a great sense of humour. Wouldn't take mine to anyone else.

Feel so fortunate to have been recommended Kylie at ABC Dentist. The experience of your son breaking both adult front teeth is stressful and so having someone like Kylie reassure you and make your son feel at ease is so important.

I was really impressed with ABC Dentistry and the warm and inviting environment they have created to make my children feel safe and comfortable on their recent trips to the dentist. Everyone was really caring and professional and for the first time with my very scared daughter she felt relaxed and comfortable enough to have a proper dental checkup. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space, we won’t be going anywhere else for my children’s dental needs from now on.

Doctor Kylie has been amazing with our extremely anxious 7 year old. The whole team have been very patient, taking things at a pace my child is comfortable with, but also pushing just the right amount to get her the care she needs, and to build her confidence around dental visits in general!

Would recommend to anyone with nervous/ anxious kids!

We had a great experience with Kylie from ABC Dentistry. They have a great welcoming space for the kids and Kylie did an amazing job with my 5 year old getting some work done in the hospital.

Kylie was amazing with our 3yr old daughter - had her laying back in the chair, mouth wide open and teeth done (this after her flatly refusing to even open her mouth for another dentist the week prior). I know there'll be no hesitation going back again! I also loved how informative Kylie was - talking me through every aspect and walking me through the x-rays etc to explain what was going on. So relieved we found our way to ABC Dentistry and our daughter was attended to so easily and happily. Highly recommend!

Kylie and the team, are amazing. They are highly professional, very kind and caring. We took our 3 year old son, they made he feel very special. As a mum of 5 children I would highly recommend them.

My 4 children have been seeing Kylie for many years, my 2 youngest 3 & 6 walk in with Kylie without me. I can honestly say that my kids love the dentist Kylie. So glad we were refereed to this amazing dentist. More affordable than any other dentist we looked at. My 6 year old daughter felt safe and happy to have fhe dental work she needed , Thanks to Dr Kylie and her wonderful team .

My son had to have two molars removed a few months ago. Kylie and her team were extremely friendly, helpful and informative. I was unsure how my son would react to having teeth pulled out in the chair but he was so settled due to Kylie and her amazing staff. My son left the dentist raving on about how fun it was and how he couldn't wait to tell all his friends at school about his experience.
As for the price, I found them a lot cheaper than what other dentists quoted me and they also helped me to sign up with Smile and private health to get the cheapest treatment plan.
Overall, an extremely great experience for myself and my son. Could not rate them high enough!

My 18 year old daughter has severe Autism, severe Epilepsy, is non-verbal & extremely anxious regarding any sort of treatment (especially dental).
She has always required a general anesthetic for any dental treatment so these arrangements were totally taken care of by Kylie's amazing team.
The standard of service & care we received the minute we entered the practice was outstanding!!!
Now my girl has her beautiful smile back :))

Having read some of the reviews I was happy to take my kids to ABC dental today. Healthcare can be very polarising and so often people leave love or hate reviews.
Our experience today was awesome. Friendly professional admin staff. A great team and an awesome paediatric dentist.
Took time to consider my boys needs. Spoke to them, and not me. Especially regarding any painful stimuli.
Applied fluoride paste without asking - but then I am paying for the evidence based best care.... And I would expect nothing less - happy for it be applied just as I would them applying anaesthetic to my kids gums.

I've brought my daughter here twice in the last couple months and both visits were exceptional. She's only 6, but they took the time to talk to her about her procedures and let her know what was happening, and even called after both visits to check up on her. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Very knowledgeable and kind staff, always felt very welcomed. I was also very nervous about my sons work that needed to be done and they were very patient to explain all the details to me. My 5 year old son had a very positive experience and thankfully was able to do everything in the chair over 2 short appointments. Many thanks :)

The team at ABC Dentistry achieved a great outcome for our youngest son, we are so pleased! We had unsuccessfully seeked treatment at other dentists recently, despite their best intentions & efforts, and the situation was becoming quite an ordeal for the whole family. Couldn't be happier with the result.
