Pillow Talk Warners Bay

I had the pleasure of having Marie in the Warners Bay Team helping work out colour schemes with cushions and throws. Nothing was a problem to Marie, she was spot on with her ideas and I was delighted when I returned home to see how the look came together beautifully.
Fabulous Customer Service, rarely do I find this Marie was exceptional.

I am always delighted with the level of service I have received at your Warner's Bay store. Staff are friendly and helpful on the floor. They acknowledge customers that come to the service desk, even if serving another patron. I find this the height of courtesy, and your staff should be applauded for their customer service skills. Great service today. Katherine was very helpful choosing a quilt cover and showing lots of different options with cushions etc. Nothing was a bother, even re-arranged the bed display so I could get a good picture of the colours I was looking for. Very happy with my purchases and will definitely be back again. All the girls in the store were happy and friendly and made the experience an enjoyable one. Thank you!

After a visit to my Osteopath, to address some nerve pain I’ve been experiencing over the past two years, he recommended that I visit the “Pillow Talk” store at Warners Bay, and purchase as new pillow, as it may ease my symptoms.

Immediately upon entering the store, a loverly lady named Marie, greeted my wife and I and offered her assistance.

Marie was highly knowledgeable about the products on offer and exceedingly patient with our many questions and samplings of the different kinds of pillow brands, heights and textures.

After we had experienced all there was on offer, my wife and I settled on our choices and Marie ran our purchases through the register, with a handsome discount off and we were on our merry way.

Marie was a delight to shop with and we left confident in our decisions.
We were not to be disappointed.

My new pillow is marvellous and relief from my nerve pain was instant.

I am a regular customer to the Warners Bay Pillow Talk store. ALL the staff are lovely, friendly, and always happy to help with a smile on their face.

But, on this occasion, I would like to acknowledge Marie in particular.

I went in search of a new pillow as I am suffering headaches and neck pain from an existing unsuitable pillow.

Marie greeted me quickly and promptly with a huge smile and a friendly welcome and assisted me straight away.

Her product knowledge and professional experience was exceptional. She listened carefully to my needs and was able to advise me on several options for my particular body frame, size and current issues with my neck.

I was able to try each pillow that Marie suggested, whilst she talked me through each individual feature that pillow offered.

I left feeling completely satisfied with my purchase and exceptional service.

The pillow that I ultimately purchased has been a game changer for my sleep, neck and head issues.

Purchased some pillows from the Pillow Talk Hillsborough yesterday. Cannot speak highly enough about the courtesy, knowledge, advice, time and friendliness offered by team member Marie. It was sadly an unusual experience nowadays.

Tilleah did an amazing job helping me choose my doona cover, throws& pillows. I had no photos of my room. I could only explain what I thought I was looking for. She put together a beautiful bedroom collection. I could not be happier. Very gifted stylist

My mum and I went to the Warner’s bay store today and we were looked after a woman named Marie.
Her customer service was absolutely wonderful. She helped us arrange a centrepiece for the coffee table, she was so enthusiastic and genuinely interested in helping us. Will definitely be returning thanks to her. She is great!

Marie was absolutely so helpful when I visited in store to buy a mattress topper. Nothing was a problem & she steered me in the right direction. My bed is now so comfortable & complete.
