I rented through River Realty (as the tenant) without issue. They were always polite & helpful when I needed to report a problem that needed repair & actioned requests very quickly. I was a tenant until the landlord moved the rental to another agency where a relative of theirs worked & the new agency were terrible. Would absolutely rent through River again if I needed to & would have no problem using them as my agent if I was a landlord due to the thoroughness of the inspections they did when I was a tenant.
