Dr Jack is amazing!! Great to talk to, lovely bedside manner, really interested in my issues and how to resolve them. Really felt like he is genuinely interested in making my life better. Can be a wait sometimes with appointments running late, but no surprise as he is thorough

1st time here. Been looking for Doctors close by since we moved up here a year ago. After the car accident forced me to find one asap. Lots of places don't take new patient. I'm so glad i came here, receptionists great n Doctor they choose to look after me was great too, thank u.

So far so good! I was thrilled to be able to see a doctor on a Sunday who took me in as a new patient. I booked online on Saturday night and the next day Dr Hassan was onto it, he seems very thorough.

The staff are very friendly and the nursers go out of the way to help you. My doctor has many times helped me to get through my cancer issues and is very easy to talk to. Many thanks to all. Note parking you car is a problem.

Staff were so friendly, my first time as a new patient. Plenty of room in the waiting area, and chairs outside if you prefer. Scheduling time was great, didn't wait long for my appointment, and my Dr now works there, Dr Hassan. Not down the road as he was, but definitely worth seeing some one you trust for a few extra kms. Thank you.

Dr Jack is amazing with my children. He never rushes, spends so much time getting to know them and making sure they are comfortable. My kids are preschool ages and they love him.

At East Maitland Family Medical Centre you are greeted by the friendly reception staff. The practice nurse is very down to earth. Dr Emil Malferrari is a very thoughtful, knowledgeable and caring G.P. who will take the time to listen to your concerns.

I visited the East Maitland Family Medical Centre for the first time recently having moved from interstate. Having had a long and valued relationship with a Surgery interstate, I was anxious. My anxiety was completely unfounded as the reception staff and Dr Hassan put me at ease immediately, thoroughly professional and empathetic. This particular surgery came highly recommended by a colleague who also attends, I am not surprised given my initial experience.

Dr Usha Kolli is such a lovely doctor, very friendly, calm and she is actually listened. She explained everything well. She was our doctor in different surgery so we moved to east Maitland just for her

I see Dr Hassan. I am super happy with the care I receive from him. He takes the time to understand my needs and provides appropriate medical care and advice. We will be staying as long as he is. I was hoping to get a bit more back from Medicare but that's not the practices fault, that's on the government. I hope that changes soon.

This was my first visit to the practice. I saw Dr Sua he was very kind, and very thorough. Dr Sua is one of the best Drs I have ever seen. I will definitely be making him regular GP.

My toddler actually enjoys visiting the GP rooms and has a great rapport with DR AGGA NABUKEERA and more recently with DR SHAHERYAR HASSAN.

Wonderful friendly staff. I needed a doctor while away from home and found the process of registering as a new patient at this practice was simple and quick. Nurse and doctor I saw were lovely and welcoming and listened to my concerns regarding my health. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service. I was so relieved to get an appointment for my 2 year old son on a Sunday. The receptionist and doctor were wonderful.

I moved to Maitland Nov 2022. After seeing a few doctors, I found EMMC. I've been seeing Dr Kholli since Jan 2023, and my daughter, son in law and baby granddaughter now all go to EMMC. Very caring, and very thorough.
