I find Valley Estate Agents a highly professional real estate office to deal with. They have friendly and extremely helpful staff. Belinda Campbell is highly efficient, competent in her job and very friendly. She promptly sends out my rental receipts every week and I write her a quick email to say "thank you" and she and I have a quick email conversation.....it's nice that a real estate office can do that! It just adds a lovely personal touch. Other staff in the office that I have dealt with are also highly efficient and friendly, including Sophie, Leah and Skye. Also, I would like to mention Gemma, who previously worked there, who helped me IMMENSELY on my behalf to help me secure my current tenancy. I found Gemma to be extremely understanding and helpful; a very beautiful lady, just like the other ladies I have mentioned.

I have been with Valley Estate Agents for nearly 2 years now and they have been nothing but fantastic to rent with. They are always prompt with responding back to emails. The staff are always friendly and helpful when I need to ask about something I’m unsure about.

Sophie and team did the essential paperwork and advertising of our property and completed all necessary paperwork and advertising in a very limited time. The team was able to provide a tenant for one of the dual occupancy in around 2 weeks, with a rental income at par with market rates. They are working hard towards getting a suitable tenant at the second dwelling. I currently have a property managed by Valley for the past one plus year. Any maintenance issues are promptly dealt with and escalated as need. We are updated via property me app. The team is dedicated and their work is commendable. Keep up your good work. Valley Estate Agents did a good job. As a landlord I had a good experience with them. Nicole is very professional and know the market very well. She is good with communication and kept updated throughout the renting process. I would definitely recommend them.
