Sherene was quick to welcome us in to store and select the perfect mattress for us. She knew exactly what we were after and even picked perfect pillows for our body type. Highly recommend!

Went looking for mattresses with my wife. Went around a few stores and I would have to say the staff at Forty Winks have the best customer service. Very trustworthy and honest people. They listened and cared about the issues I had and all the staff would help each other to help us.

Went in to buy a mattress, to have an idea of everything, was really impressed, with the staff of forty winks , really helpful and supportive, special thanks to Sherene , he was really knowledgeable, explained everything in detail with patience and time. Went to Forty Winks yesterday after seen on the block the new mattress that can measure the pressure points while sleeping. We got a gentleman name "Shane" who was very supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. He directed us to the mattress that would suit our need and honestly, he solved a big issue that we used to have for a very long time. I absolutely would recommend them, and Shane deserve a pay raise for the word he does.

Just bought a new mattress from Forty Winks Crossroads. I just want to give a MASSIVE thank you to Dante from the team. Immensely knowledgeable, very friendly, and he gave us an awesome experience from start to finish. We are so impressed with him! The entire team was friendly, and willing to help. Highly recommend the team there, products are great too. Super impressed with the initial scan they did that perfectly identified what mattress I needed. Dante pretty much knocked it out of the park right away. I honestly thought I’d have to shop for hours, but the team made it so easy!! Thank goodness! 11/10!

Their team really take their time to ensure you get the best bed for you, making what is a challenging purchase, really easy.

Did everything what we have asked for with ease and willingness to help.
Hard to find these days.
That was the main reason for our purchase actually.

We bought a new mattress and base ,goes up & goes down. Shakes us all about, lol. The head of the bed goes up separate from the end of the bed, & with my back being so bad .The whole bed rises to a great height so I can change the sheets without having to bend . Awesome bed for sleeping in as well.
