Took my mum here to get her a new queen bed. Received excellent service from Donna who took mum through the options, gave plenty of time for mum to try different beds and was very kind and helpful throughout. Delivery was a no hassles experience and mum is really happy with her new mattress, base and pillow.

My husband and I went into the Crossroads shop to window shop for a new bed frame and mattress today- 8/10/23. We were greeted by an amazing lady - Virginia. She was very patient, helpful and attentive to our needs. We did not plan to buy anything today but because of her excellent customer service, we left the shop buying a king-size bed frame and mattress worth over $2400.

Kristy at the OMF Crossroads Homemaker Centre store helped us out with choosing the right bed for my husband and I. She was very professional, helpful, kind and friendly! The girls at OMF Casula were so welcoming. I tried a couple different stores for mattresses but the girls here were so helpful and gave us lots of information on what makes a good mattress and what kind of mattress we needed specifically. Eventually I just came back to this store and bought our mattresses. Thank you!

I went down to Original Mattress Factory (OMF) Casula to find myself a nice mattress. Talked to Heather and she took the time to help me find the right mattress for me. She listened to the queries and ways I tended to sleep and took me around the store and tested Matresses. Explaining the differnces between them and helping me learn why my previous matress might not have lasted and things I could do to help increase my new Matresses Life span.

Special side thankyou to the Delivery driver (sorry I didnt catch your name) but he helped me not only get the mattress into the house he also helped me get it up a flight of stairs. Took away my old Mattress too. Thankyou for being nice and going the extra mile. Its muchly appreciated otherwise I'd be trying to push a Queen Mattress up stairs on my own.
