McDonald's Emerton II

I recently had a wonderful experience while visiting Emerton McDonald's, all thanks to Thomas M! I have been a customer of McDonald's for a long time now, but this visit was especially memorable. Thomas greeted me with a warm smile and made sure that my order was taken with meticulous care.

Once my order was ready, Thomas made sure I had everything I needed including napkins and condiments. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my food and the service. His excellent customer service skills were certainly noticed and appreciated.

Thomas's service was exceptional, and it made my overall experience at McDonald's very pleasant. Even with a long line of customers, Thomas managed to ensure that every order was made and delivered accurately and promptly. His positive attitude and work ethic are exemplary.

I want to commend Thomas M for providing such an extraordinary customer experience at McDonald's. He deserves all the praise that comes his way. I would highly recommend McDonald's to others to visit, especially when served by exceptional people like Thomas. Overall, I rate my experience with Thomas and McDonald's a five-star experience!

Thomas M was so kind and welcoming. His service was amazing and he was very patient with my friends and I when we didn’t know what to order. Very kind young man. McDonald’s is blessed to have him as a worker!! Keep it up

Awesome Macca's busy as but fast drive thru all the time

Thanks to the lovely island lady who served us Sunday evening around 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Our order was very organized. She smiled to all the customers she served which is very good customer service ❤ Thanks for making sure we got all our order🙏 God Bless

Ella was always and always helped me and always make sure I have fresh food no matter what time it is.... she has been so awesome she is always helpful and and always puts a smile on your face and makes your day

had something missing from my order. hunter was very professional and polite about everything was also very understanding. He definitely needs a pay rise !!

The quarter pounders here are great and the nuggets are perfect. the chips have good consistency and the drinks here are great. The service is magnificent and the speed of service is great.

Awesome Team of staff with all their own unique talents and skills. They always working hard and through all the kiosk that some of the locals and outsiders give them, they still manage to walk into work with their heads held high and smiles to lighten up any room and make MacDonald a welcoming family restaurant to eat at and have kids party's at. Yes yous have your ups and downs but everyone makes mistakes! Job well done to you Emerton Maccas❤

Good place, good atmosphere and corporate office staff very kind staff

Have been here many times, and i find the staff to be pleasant and cheerful they seem to try there best as most are very young at there 1st job yes they can get things wrong, but when i did it was corrected with im so sorry the manager was also friendly quility of food has been good waiting time can be long but it is maccas allot of customers with staff most staff that are on there 1st jobs at age of 14 people need to be a little understanding of this with extra training days and more experience the young children will inproove but may not stay so staff are always new.

So much better than my previous visit. Staff were excellent.
