Each time I have ordered any DVD's from Sanity offline I have always received a message within 2 to 4 days that the order has been processed and that the order will be soon dispatched. I have always received my orders in a fairly short time. Thank you Sanity Keep up the Awesome work.

I have shopped with Sanity Online on a few occasions and cannot fault the service. If items are 'in stock' they are shipped that day and I am notified of approximate wait time on anything on back order. They keep in touch in transit. Always good condition. Thanks

We used to shop in an "actual" shop but with the lockdown I tried online shopping. Brilliant experience. Part of my order was delivered in amazing quick time. The cost of the products was also amazing. I was kept up to date with my delivery. Pretty sure I was also given free postage. Who wouldn't be happy with Sanity?

Because I am myself is addicted to DVDs and movies it looks like you have a new satisfied customer.

I have been buying DVDs from Sanity for a long, long time. Their service has always been fantastic. I have had a couple of mixed-up orders but the problems have all been easily resolved without further problems. Folks, if you need a movie you have to at least give Sanity a chance to prove their service to you. Go, Go.

Every online shopping experience I've had with Sanity has been great. Products are shipped out quickly and arrive very quickly, sometimes even the next day (Sydney Metro).

Any issues I have had have been sorted out quickly, usually same business day.

Will continue to shop for all my Blu Ray needs at Sanity and encourage you to do the same.

Placed an order at 2pm, paid for express post and received it the next day. Was pretty impressed as I live in rural Vic. Also very competitive with their prices, was the cheapest I could find for what I purchased. Will definitely purchase through them again.

Definitely no issues with this site. Very easy to find what your looking for, a huge range of things. Its fantastic. Very easy for online ordering, the estimation was for 2 weeks for delivery to New Zealand and it arrived in just over a week from the order date. Will definitely shop at Sanity again

Excellent service, website was easy to navigate to find what I wanted, checkout simple too (just watch auto-fill putting your address in, make sure it's all on one line). Communication was excellent, was kept in the loop at all times until it arrived. Quick delivery.

The DVD's that I have ordered from Sanity have always arrived and I've never had any problems with the quality of the discs. Some productions I have ordered have been fairly old films, and some have been more recent. I have never had any trouble with payment or with receiving the DVD that I have ordered and whenever I order a DVD, I have confidence that I will receive it. Thank you.

Sanity.com has a great selection of DVDs/Blu-rays ranging from current releases back through the catalogue to the classics. I especially like the Australian film offering. Sanity had a great promotion and so I took advantage of it by buying online as I couldn't make it to a physical store (although that is my preferred way to shop). Products arrived safety and very quickly. Very happy. Thank you!

Ordered 4 powerwave storage towers online. Delivery was incredibly fast and efficient. No damage to any of the items either.

Sanity online is one of my favourite places to shop. I have been able to order CDs of my favourite music, DVDs of movies I had not seen, and even complete series such as Endeavour, Morse and Lewis, which I saw and enjoyed years ago but had missed some episodes. My orders are always dispatched promptly and there is no charge until the ordered item/s are on their way.

Website was so simple to navigate and find what I was looking for. Check out transaction was easy and secure. Delivery was quick and well packaged. Great experience and would do online ordering again.
