Transport hub no public allowed

Zero star for the driver. Very rude. We are a warehouse. Normally open to the public from 9:30-3:30, which includes pick ups and delivery. The driver came at 8:30, while we were loading our delivery vehicles. Normally if it’s just 1-2 pallets, we will take it. That day it was 20 plus pallets. We told him he had to wait and we would let him come in asap. However your driver took matters into his own hands and came in, obstructing our driveway. And refuse to move his vehicle until we took his 20 plus pallets first. Even swore at us. I was actually very close to calling the cops for trespassing and obstruction. And we will not hesitate to do so next time!!

No concearn for drivers.
Waiting 3+ hours to get loaded.
Alot of people walking around this place doing bugger all.

When you deliver something, please think of others. You blocked every cars.

Two lineage trucks on the hume highway playing funny buggers and overtaking each other and causing the traffic to bank up. So unnecessary.

I work for a company that uses lineage delivery crews. We've gone through 3 different set of delivery teams all of which have had appalling experiences. Most of these crews do not care at all about their jobs and put in the bare minimum effort, often times throwing produce on the ground, precariously stacking goods at an unreasonably high level often times being dropped as a result. When confronting the crew they would just throw the products onto the ground in a very passive aggressive manner. Another time I had requested the delivery crew to place the delivery in the back as at the time I was recovering from a spinal injury. They refused the simple task of moving the produce an additional 5 meters and when asked why they refused to give a reason other than "we cant". They always are in a rush and would push myself and the rest of the staff to urgently check everything off and don't care where they place produce often times blocking walkways. I don't know if lineage themselves are in charge of their delivery crews but myself having worked in delivery previously and now 2 years at my current job I have never seen such bad work ethic. lineage really have hired the bottom of the barrel and if you care about your employees please steer clear from working with this company

update: delivery staff have gotten significantly worse, with two occasions where delivery drivers put their hands on me. Don't know how they haven't been fired. The dricers they have contracted work for the company "FR8 services". if you care about your employees please stay far away from these two companies as they are hands down managed and employ the lowest of the low work force. I have more confidence in hiring criminals to do the work than the current employee line up

Would give you minus stars if I could. One of your driver's reversed in our path causing us to have to quickly get out of the way and hit a pillar at a petrol station and so I wrote to you. It's not been a week and I've heard nothing. Not so much as an apology from the driver either. Disgusting treatment.
