Holiday Inn Express Sydney Macquarie Park, an IHG Hotel

My friend and I had an overnight stay here so we could attend the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert and it was amazing. The service team were extremely accommodating and answered all our questions and concerns. We were worried about getting a park once we came back from the concert and the staff team went out of their way to reserve one for us. The rooms are also very tidy and nice for the price we paid. Overall amazing experience and will be returning again next time in Sydney

Fantastic hotel located up in Macquarie Park. Room was nicely sized and clean. The bed was very comfortable with soft and firm pillow options. Staff were all very friendly and even were able to accommodate an early check in for me despite being very busy. The included breakfast was very nice and the barista made coffee was affordable and high quality. Hotel is only a short walk to the Macquarie Centre for shopping and the metro line. Highly recommend staying here if you need accommodation in the north of Sydney.

The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's always a relief to walk into a tidy and fresh-smelling room after a long day.

The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was a great perk. It provided a variety of delicious options to start our day off on the right foot.

Furthermore, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They greeted us with warm smiles and were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests we had.

Based on our positive experience, we will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

Close to Metro Station and Shopping Center , Room is clean , Price is good with free breakfast . Have free shuttle bus for Macquarie area. It's really nice to sit in the lobby at night, have a drink or just watch TV. Good to stay !!

The place is impeccable, with all the necessary details to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The staff are the highlight of this hotel, thank you Brae for being our tour guide and for always treating is with such kindness. Thanks to the Irish chef who made our mornings so entertaining!

Fantastic stay, affordable, breakfast was amazing, rooms and hotel are spotless and modern, beds very comfy, selection of firm soft labelled pillows, staff are really friendly. Bathroom was excellent with bodywash & shampoo products on pump. Our complimentary drinks given for a misunderstanding with booking were an excellent nightcap. Much appreciated. Housekeeping was excellent. Lots of towels. Hotel is super close to Metro train will take you to the city and on a ferry, you will be on the Harbour in no time. Even made time for a quick ice skate at Macquarie Shopping Centre just down the road. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. Have already rebooked :) AAA+ for the price.

There are no simple Halal food options on their express breakfast.

A really nice place to stay with helpful and accommodating staff. The breakfast is free flow. Will highly recommend and will stay again. Also an easy walk to Macquarie Centre.

Modern, comfortable and spacious rooms with daily housekeeping which was excellent for a hotel of this price. Included breakfast was very convenient and offered great variety and quality. Service was pretty good and proximity to train station was helpful.

I've just checked in, but as far as the eye can see, the hotel is magnifique.

Booked two Queen rooms for a weekend to attend a wedding at Curzon Hall. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very happy with the accommodation and amenities. Customer service was friendly and efficient. There's also a Coffee Club Cafe right next door which is convenient.

Really impressed with the rooms and the service here. I think you get much more than what you pay for. They do a breakfast service which provides a generous range of foods and beverages, including vegan options. Would highly recommend staying here for a few nights.

Hey! People visiting Macquarie Park, North Ryde or nearby suburbs! This is a great venue close to Macquarie Centre. It's a bit of a hidden gem as you wouldn't expect to find a nice hotel like this nestled amongst the other corporate offices here.
The staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Ideally located if you need to be near Macquarie uni or hospital. Rooms very clean and big enough. Hotel bar is good, staff very friendly. PILLOW OPTIONS WITH FIRMNESS INDICATOR EMBROIDERED ON. A game changer.

A highly friendly and professionally run hotel in a key business and educational district of Sydney. Many thanks to all the First Class team on Reception, Catering, Bistro and Housekeeping. Everyone genuinely makes you feel 'at home'. The standards of the hotel are very high and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again and highly recommend. 5star rating to you. You deserve it and the pancakes were terrific too!

What this hotel lacks in location (currently very loud construction outside all weekdays and on Saturday), it makes up for in staff friendliness and that personal touch!

Let’s start with Kay (at the front desk), who assisted me with an early checkin, directions of the city, beach-going ideas, and bus/train tips (not to mention a wonderful smile and even a latte each morning as I’m about to head out for the day’s excursions). This place (did I mention the noise??) would have sadly gotten a 3 or a 4-star review from me, except that she has made coming down for breakfast something I look forward to! Give that girl a raise!

Also, the gentleman who was working the hotel restaurant Friday evening was awesome as well (a different review there).

This facility has a small, but clean, fitness center, comfortable rooms and bed, plenty of room for a solo traveler, and excellent breakfast each morning.

It boasts very close (a 5 minute walk) access to a large shopping center, and several bus lines nearby.

All in all, a charming experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

Centrally located. Only a few minutes walk to Macquarie Shopping Centre, Macquarie university and the Metro. Good for business or leisure stay.

The room we stayed in was clean, bright and A good size. The only downside was there was no movie channel.
