The staff are incredibly kind and helpful and the service is great. My mum and I visited the Pharmacy to pick up medication for my mum’s broken toe. The staff were very courteous and caring. They provided my mum with a chair to rest her toe on and regularly checked up on her. The service was fast and efficient. I will definitely be returning here in the future :)

First time customer. Walked in for thumb brace, looked a bit lost as I've never been there before. The Pharmacist who would've been busy making up scripts asked me straight away if I needed any help, showed me exactly what I was looking for.
Great service, Great shop. Very Professional.

I am disappointed in some of the customers remarks.
I have been going to this same chemist shop for over 15 years or so, even when it was Terry White.
Most chemist shops have glitches sometimes. Tell me of a perfect store if you can. And the corona virus has changed the world.
Staff shortages, non delivery of supplies, the anxiety for the future, (especially for the younger ones), life has changed, & we have to adapt to it.
I have cancer, & the staff have been amazing to me.
I am on so many medecines, & every time I put in the large bunch of scripts , they just smile at me, & treat me like a friend. I am usually in the shop for quite a while, & I observe people, etc.
Some customers are actually rude, & the staff have to put up with it.
I thought I'd take time off, to give the staff an appreciative review.

The staff are absolute legends. Came in there today, feeling a little sick from periods and one of the staff kindly got me a seat and then checked on how I was. The staff are very down to earth and nice. There is also a large arrangement of stock at cheap prices.

New and very big chemist shop. Well organised and not too crowded. Click & collect was ready very quickly and the ladies at the desk were very friendly and provided five star customer service.

Good pharmacy. I did have a problem with being given the wrong medication but the staff fixed it when I returned and were very nice about it. The store has a lot of stuff. They have wheelchairs, walking frames, crutches etc for hire if you only need one for a short amount of time. Small amount of parfums a bit of makeup and everything else you need from a pharmacy.

My partner and myself have been going to this chemist for a few years, very happy with service and advice given, staff and pharmacists are friendly and always helpful. I need to visit regularly due to a number of health issues and never a long wait.
