Great customer service!
I wanted more of the product they had on display and when there wasn't any, the lady offered to order more in and call me when arrived.
Great price and product too!

Discount variety store. Cheap and cheerful. Essentially you get what you pay for.

These owners are very rude and have no idea of customer service. I have been a regular shopper here for years, and today I witnessed the shop manager / owner abusing a customer for trying to pay by card as she had no cash. She returned a few minutes later with cash she found in the car and he refused to accept her money and I saw him put his hands up in the air and say “don’t want to see your face”! I was shocked that anybody would treat a customer in this manner and will never shop here again. There were other customers in the store who were also shocked at his behaviour. I believe he has lost much more than the $3 sale today.

I went to this store in Morley today. The item I needed cost $3;00. As most people nowadays, due to COVID I only carry my card with me. This store has a limit of $5:00 and as I did not need anything else I told the owner that I had no cash and I left the the item. When I went to my car I managed to scrape two, two dollar coins from my glove box and went back to the store, well the owner and his wife went nuts at me, he told me several times he did not want to see my face. The need a crash course in customer service and if the name Price Savers is a franchise, he is not doing them any favours.

Terrible service. The owners are rude and don't provide dockets. They will yell at you and accuse you of stealing if you question anything. Nasty experience and I'll never go back.

Terrible service. The lady was very rude and doesn't know how to treat customers. Don't reccomend going there unless you enjoy being mocked and abused
