Officeworks Morley

The thing I like most about this store is that there is a staff named ((Jenn))...she works in the printing department. She helps a lot. She is very active in her work. She is diligent, polite, and cheerful. She tries to help the customers with everything they ask for. She really deserves respect.

When I went in Officeworks, I was stuck looking for certain items and a worker named Hamza helped me a lot. I asked him and straight away he helped me without hesitation while being very polite. I rarely ever place reviews on places ever but I am very impressed on how he managed to get what I wanted even though it was a difficult task

I am VERY impressed with Jen and the young very petite Asian lady ( I didn’t catch her name ). Both have served me a few times at printing . Both under a lot of pressure due to many people waiting but both were AMAZING. Excellent customer service , kind , helpful and VERY professional.
I rarely write reviews but am so thankful and impressed with their exceptional customer service I feel they both need to be recognised.
It’s so rare these days to have kind people serve . Customer service at printing at Malaga is appalling and I deliberately travel further purely because of these girls who are so helpless.
Thank you both and I hope you both get a pay rise well deserved. Please Morley managers reward these wonderful staff you have .

Over the last few weeks I really struggled with a project that had a deadline. Finally, the day before it was due, Siti (who was very helpful) kindly put me in touch with Jenn whose service was nothing short of exemplary. What a credit she is to your team. Jenn went above and beyond to assist me with this project. She was knowledgeable with regards to both, your services and products, listened patiently and carefully to my needs and, was exceptionally efficient using her creativity to support my vision. I honestly could not thank her enough. Unlike some of your other branches, in future, when I require your services again, it will definitely be with your friendly team at Morley OfficeWorks. An enormous thank you Jenn, your work was simply brilliant and so well received.

First time shopper without the wife amazing patience helping me i lined up 2 more times beautiful caring professional little angel of a lady was 100% courteous i got what i wanted which was complicated thank you young lady. There were some stressed people in some of the lines but people its not McDonalds good service takes time car park worth waiting for i wish i could give you guy's a 10 stars.

A massive thank you to Yaya from Officeworks Morley. I’ve been chasing a rewards star chart for months because my 4yo daughter loves the system at school and I want to replicate at home before our second baby comes. Yaya searched high and low, really took my request seriously and found it for us. I could’ve hugged her! This is the next best thing. It’ll make our lives so much easier over the next few months.

Got some needed supplies for my small home based business.
Located what I needed for 2 items, asked for help for the other item.
Staff were friendly and approachable.
Not a discount store but reasonable prices.
Plenty to go see there, lots of interesting items in stock.

Amazing customer service ❤ I actually went to Malaga branch and I was waiting for 20mins, queue was not moving and staff were chatting away, didn’t seem to care. Drove to Morley and staff Jenn was amazing, she is so professional, quick, efficient and attentive. This is my new fave branch, will return.

I’ve always found the staff at officeworks Morley to be friendly, helpful and professional. I make it my first place to visit when price matching too. They have never let me down on their beat it by 5% price match!!✊

Staff was helpful when you immediately walk thru the door. This store gets bonus marks for recycling laptops and printers that other don't. I love the free same day delivery for online orders for over certain amount.

I had to return an item and couldn't locate the electronic receipt. A staff member was increbily helpful and patient in dealing with my problem. Excellent service.

The only downside to this place is the inconvenience of finding a park, and it's a small car park.

The good thing is they have exceptional staff who are always helpful and friendly.

The store is big and spacious and there's a wide variety of products. Lots of special deals are on once in a while, especially the back to school deals.

Can be a bit on the expensive side when the prices aren't on special though.

Good place to browse for school or office needs.

Rushed in there Sunday 5 May , just before the closing time.
I am not a regular customer in store as I mainly shop on line. Asked the young gentleman at the door... he not only knew where the disposable coffee stirrers were, he asked another person to man the door and took the time to show me where the product exactly was. Big thank you to Aron for great customer service.
