Hands down the best car rental experience I have ever had. Easy, hassle free and an absolute pleasure. The rates were by far the cheapest we could find in Byron and Roy (the owner/manager) was incredibly accommodating and obliging. We booked a basic run around, and when he found out my wife was pregnant, he gave us an upgrade to a very clean and comfy prestige car (at a low budget car rate). In addition, he provided us with a excellent suggestions along our intended route with hidden gems and stops that we would have otherwise never have found without some local knowledge. And if that wasn't enough, he picked me up and dropped me off at our hotel nearby. Absolutely above and beyond. Brilliant service and I will definitely be hiring another car from Roy on our next trip. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience renting a Nissan Micra. Pickup and drop off was very easy and Roy gave us some great tips about where to visit. AC was also fab!

Definitely the best car hire I've used, Roy is very helpful. We had a Kia Rio which was very well spec'd including Apple/android car play and a reversing camera. I would definitely recommend and use again

Roy has been really been helpfully to us in hiring a car and giving us a map and recommendations on where we should go and on what we can do in those places. Although he doesn't have a office at the moment because he is renovating it. You can ring him anytime and he will ring you back.

In Byron for a short stay and Roy was able to arrange a car super fast and give us plenty of suggestions for places to visit, all spot on! Lovely car, great service, highly recommend.
