I purchased a car from Bill at Sydney Wide Car Sales Liverpool a few weeks ago. I got an awesome car at a fantastic price. Bill discounted the price so much for me it was a great bargain. I totally love my car and the fact that Bill went above and beyond with his service to gaurantee me I was making a safe purchase on a mechanically good vehicle. He included a warranty with my car and even free roadside service. After driving away I was confident and very happy. A few days later I noticed one of the backseat seatbelts was not working. It was stuck and couldn't be released. I went to my mechanic and he said it would cost me $200 - $300 to fix. I went straight back to see Bill and he was super helpful and efficient. He fixed the issue within 10 minutes, free of charge. Bill is such a great guy and very easy to talk to. He makes you feel at ease and comfortable and makes each deal personal. I also contacted Bill about an exhaust issue that wasn't covered by warranty. I let him know it was going to cost me $250 to get fixed. Out of the goodness of his heart he offered me a refund of $100 towards this cost and it was paid into my account within the hour. That was a pleasant surprise that I didn't expect. I'm so happy and grateful that I purchased my car off Bill from Sydney Wide Car Sales Liverpool and will gladly recommend him to my family and friends. i was recommended to go to larger used car dealer shops, which i did. But when i came to this place, although it is a lovely smaller place- the dealer (Bill) made it easy to discuss about certain matters pertaining to queries about cars. He is also patient and understanding. The offers were so attractive that i placed down payment on the spot. What drew me to having the confidence in buying the car- was that he would continue to help service the car and i can always come back if i had issues. That kind of personalized experience is rare.
