Thank you to All the staff at Imperial. Everyone was so helpful. They helped with the design and very detailed drawings for easy installation. The kitchen is 100% made with the best materials. The workmanship is 100%. Detail and care taken was amazing.
The shower screen was also 100% the best quality. Easy to install. Follow up from Ahmed to make sure everything went in prefect. Great prices.

I designed my own cabinetry and tried to get a few quotations around. Among all, Imperial offered me the most reliable price. I decided to proceed with them after meeting and few discussions. I was quite skeptical with my own design and colors but the team managed to convince me with the best selections. They are easy to work with, very accomodative esp. to my budget endless amendments.

The only thing that was an issue was the timing, we waited for months for the cabinet to be installed after the final draft - it has been postponed due to production being delayed, but i guess it is what it is - you cant do anything about it - the end result is worth all the wait. We are so delighted that it turned out the way I imagined.

The shelving is just beautiful, sleek and clean to look at - we received a lot of compliments for that! There are tiny details that can be improved but this works well to our budget. Now, no more toy clutters! I definitely recommend them if you want your design to come to reality!

Bought white laminated plywood for my van fitout and they had it for $20 less per sheet than the other Sydney supplier I found. My order was packed and ready for pickup within less than 2 days and customer support via the phone was lovely and helpful. The guys on site were friendly, there was a bathroom and Isaac was amazing helping me load everything although it was more than 30 degree. Thanks!:)

Mustapha made sure throughout the planning process that the kitchen will have ample space for food preparation and cooking.

Kitchen has also adequate storage to support proper storage of utensils and all the other things used in the kitchen. Easy to clean areas, enhancing lighting, quality products (Dishwasher & Microwave) and materials.

What i experienced with Imperial glass and timber is something that not many places have to offer. The staff there are just great, i was offered coffee the moment i said hello, They won me by that one coffee and took on my job and its amazing!

Great company. The guys looked after me Re new draw handles. On my second purchase the boys threw in an extra 4 handles and screws for a built in wardrobe draws. I thanked them in a email most helpful also when communicating about purchasing goods. 👍
