I’m not usually one to leave reviews often but good customer service is hard to find these days but this place goes above and beyond.
Today I had a problem with my DoorDash delivery order. I missed the driver due to phone being on silent, doorbell not working and all this was because my 6 month old baby was sleeping. I spoke with Alexis at DoorDash and they didn’t wish to help at all. Told me it was my fault I missed the delivery and she was happy to tell me I was being charged full amount for an alcohol delivery that was submitted as delivered by the driver that I never provided Identification for or received the goods I paid for.
I called the store and spoke with Dion. He was extremely helpful. He took ownership of this problem, found a solution, followed up by calling me back and in the end everything was sorted. When I went to visit them in store regarding this issue I was blown away with the level of customer service they provide. When I walked in every employee I saw (3 of them) in the store knew my name was Renee and they were all expecting me. All 3 employees came straight to me to assist me. I had my baby in my arms. They all even acknowledged my baby and spoke to her to make her smile. Alex (I think that’s his name) even walked my purchases to my vehicle to help me. I will make every effort to now purchase all alcohol from this store only. No more delivery needed! Click and collect is a much better experience. Todays experience was extremely refreshing!

Staff here are always the best and they have great beer selections and the prices for them are better than elsewhere . Really clean and open store. Nice and quiet too.

This place is great. Huge selection and the prices are great. Just a shame there aren't more stores around to give Dan Murphys a good run.

Great bottle stop. Big range of craft beer and good selection of wine and spirits at a decent price..

It's also never crowded. I almost always walk straight in and out.

Staff are always helpful ! Even had a staff member offer to help me put a case in my car boot even though I insisted he didn’t , prices are pretty competitive as well !
