I cannot fault the level of customer service and the craftsmanship with the repair of my Sterling silver ring. Not only was the Crack repaired, the Ring was also reduced in size. It is amazing and looks brand-new. Service was outstanding as well and value for money. Fantastic thank you.

The Jewellers Worksop in Byron Bay is a gem. The owner/artisan Florian Beck was so helpful and knowledgeable when I asked him about creating a unique gold ring. Also the quote for this 18ct gold 22 gm ring was great. What an amazing find in Byron! I was recommended by my sister who had a wonderful experience with Florian. In one visit, Florian was able to replace a stone in my wedding band + re-imagine a beautiful anniversary necklace present from my husband I had never worn by adding a more delicate chain and tweaking the piece so it was more my style. Went in to enquire about getting my white gold rings plated, instead was suggested to have them cleaned. After the cleaning, they came out sparkly and looking new. Wonderful service, beautiful little store with some great pieces.
