Emerald Hills Medical Centre

My experience was pleasant, I have been there 4 times now, my first visit was when my son had an injury at a school, all tests and care was top notch.
We have also had some health concerns with my daughter that needed to be investigated, that was also handled very well.
Other times were for prescriptions and certificates, I am honestly surprised with the 1 start reviews, maybe they have picked up their game since then. I guess its a fairly new practice and probably took some time to get things running smoothly.

Dr Madeeha Mian is one of the best doctors I have come across. Takes her time and explains things thoroughly. She genuinely cares for the health of individuals. Would recommend!

Me and my family have been coming here for a few years now and bar the running behind on most occasions (what doctors don’t though) I have always had a great experience especially with Dr Ash Shukla, he is well experienced and very knowledgeable, sympathetic and supportive. Doesn’t shut your concerns down, gives you all your options and explains things thoroughly. I can’t be happier with our treatment here, even the nurses are fantastic and gentle with my little one and the receptionists are always pleasant. I was hesitant about posting such a good review cause I don’t want Dr Ash to get booked out 😂

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this medical centre which I travel an hour to see. The reception staff are kind, helpful and supportive and the doctors always go beyond the realm of expectation to help my children and myself. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough.

My Family is my life .I highly recommend everyone to see Dr Bushra Waheed because she examines her patients thoroughly. She's the blessing for Western sydney region & the best doctor I have seen in 40 years of my life . She saved my Mother's life. I have been to other medical centres but not a single doctor could diagnose chronic heart disease of my mum's - even not her regular GP.
In our first appointment with Dr Bushra, she was able to diagnose my Mother's critical situation and called ambulance for my mother and my mother has got new life after her medical treatment for a week in hospital. Now I have moved all my family members to this medical centre due to Dr Bushra.
In addition, there is a big & mere problem with the medical centre is lack of patient management .Even though you are a regular patient, reception staff recommends different Dr as they say Dr Bushra is fully booked. It has happened to me ., so the only way to see your desired dr is , you should tell the reception that you only want to see that Doctor - same as I have done few times , requested reception to book only Dr Bushra. Now I book myself beforehand through online bookings before coming here.
Overall , its a big medical centre near the chemist warehouse and other shopping facilities.

Very polite and extremely helpful receptionist when I needed help for my 92 year old grand mother when 16 other medical centers could not help at 5.40 pm on a Friday night ....
She booked me in for 6.30, Thank you !!!

The best physios in the area. I’ve been to a few physio before who weren’t able to sort me out. I’ve have 4 sessions here and I feel so much better. Thank you!!

This morning I was overwelmed by the way I was welcomed by the receptionists.. big smiles and very polite. Noticed it was a very busy medical centre, could not believe how well the receptionists handled a great deal of work in the short time I was waiting to see a Dr. As a new patient I was impressed and am very happy with the doctor I saw today.

Terrific medical centre! Very busy! You need to wait sometime before seeing a Dr but that is too be expected.

Plenty of open appointments, i went in on time. Extremely nice receptionist and amazing doctors, even when i had a minor problem that didn’t need medical help, doctor gave me recommendations to help me.

Genuinely the best medical centre I have been to!
ALL the staff are so friendly and caring, especially the nurses!! It is extremely clean. I actually enjoy going to the doctors when I come here. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

More than pleased with my experience! Amazing teamwork, professionalism and communication from staff. Guian is fantastic with an awesome personality! Couldn’t ask for a better nurse! The drs are so informed, helpful and genuine. Definitely would recommend visiting, especially now that they do appointments! So much better!

The presentation of the front waiting area and décor of the whole space is very professional with a nice modern feel.

The reception as a whole is very well maintained and approachable. Receptionists are extremely helpful with any request you put to them, very reasonable and well mannered.

I saw Dr Wedad while I was there. More then helpful with my requests, always had an answer to my questions, super polite and professional, easily approachable and explained things thoroughly.

Samantha at reception was easy to communicate with and was very confident in answering any questions I had. Well informed and professional in her duties!

I am very pleased with my experience at Emerald Hills Medical Centre. Top service! Dr Ossman is an excellent doctor with vast knowledge of most medical problems. He takes time to explain what you need to do to get better. Totally recommend him to everyone!
