McDonald's Emerald Hills

Whether it’s dine in or take away, I always have a wonderful experience at Emerald Hills Mc Donalds. Jonah Baker, the manager, has exceptional customer service skills and always has a smile on his face which is very welcoming. He always makes sure that the restaurant is clean and up to date for his customers. Jonah is friendly, professional and very helpful. He has extensive knowledge of the menu, was able to help me with the menu choices and he promptly took my order. I didn’t have to wait long at all for the food to be served, and the quality of my meal was fresh and tasty. Jonah definitely exhibits the qualities of a wonderful manager who genuinely cares for his customers needs. He walked around the restaurant dining area and personally asked all the customers if their meal was okay, and if they would like anything else. I was completely impressed with his level of commitment to ensuring that all customers have a pleasant experience at Mc Donald’s. I highly recommend Emerald Hills Mc Donald’s, and cannot thank Jonah enough for his exceeding customer service skills.

If u place a big order at Willowdale McDonald' viadrive-throughh, 90 per cent of the time, chances are u will be served with one or two items short. They gave me one box of double quarter pounder with three ketchup only, when we open the box at home, it had just three ketchup instead of double quarter pounder, I wrote to them, but shamelessly they ignored me.. be extra careful..willow dale mcdonalds, n it was not the first time.

Great looking young manager brought my food out to the outside tables. Great service and very quick.

I was served by a girl named Jenna and she was super lovely, she helped me with the maccas app when I had trouble working with it, she helped me and she was super nice about it which made me feel comfortable about myself because I was having a bad day. Thankyou so much Jenna, your help was appreciated!

I don't normally eat McDonald's but when me and my wife go to mcdonalds we ask that it can be fresh. The fries were fresh and my burger was made perfectly. The place is very clean and customer service is lovely.

Ramsin is a top worker, best nugz in the area. crispy, juicy, tender, and purely delectable. I would highly reccomend visiting and requesting a fine selection of half a dozen of Ramsin's best chicken nugz. Top notch 10/10 5 stars yeh bud

Been here a few times late at night, always short staffed but the staff keeps up with the busy drive-through line. Honestly 5 starts is only attributed because of the couple staff at night who do a great job under pressure.

Me and my husband recently took out grandchildren to this McDonalds for a few happy-meals and i can honestly say i had amazing service, the staff were patient while i was ordering and our food came out hot and fresh. This is our favourite McDonalds to visit because of their big playroom and the grandchildren love it!!!

The fact this McDonald’s is still standing amazes me, most horrible maccas I’ve ever come across. You’re honestly making us go to Gregory hills MacDonalds at this point. Fix yourselves up please lol (it’s almost always night time as well)

In addition I just picked up a coffee like I have many times and it does not get any better, I don’t know why you have some 10 year old making my coffee

Must turn at Emerald Hills Blvd otherwise you'll have to make a big round through Camden Valley, an addition 7 mins to get here

Had a big complicated order. It was right and fresh. Much better than gregory hills mac's.

Best maccas in comparison to its rivals in Woodbine, OranPark and Gregory Hills. Travel here instead of the others due to the food always good, hot and no forgetting items or messing up the orders.

This is not my local maccas but i only visit this one because it clean the management is really helpful. The service Is good and food is always fresh.

I never thought I'd give a McDonald's five stars but this particular store sets a new benchmark that all other McDonald's should try to emulate. Staff are friendly and eager to please, store is super clean and the service is quite fast. If you have to eat at McDonald's this is the store to go to.

Prompt service and nice food, always a pleasure coming back and seeing those Harding working staff members, keep up the good work.
P.s, poor girls were shocked today as someone spat on them!.
Hoping thier management will do something.

For a restaurant that is always extremely busy, staff do well to maintain composure and give out orders as fast as possible.

I, Jenny Armstrong, was hungry for a cheeseburger at 2:43am in January. It was a cold day and I needed some scrumptious McDonald's beef to make me warm again. I drove into drive thru in my white Toyota corolla 2012 model and pulled up to the speaker. I was served by this lovely young man - I think his name was Andrew. His voice was so deep, and sooth it made me feel like I should go to sleep, like one of those ASMR-ists. I also wanted a cone but the ice-cream machine was not working #sadface.
