He helped me compare different models and providing insightful recommendations based on my specific situation.

I had some issues with my mattress the day is under warranty. A staff by the name of Bronwyn Rehmann assisted us and
was very helpful and pleasant. She went to a lot of trouble assisting is . Thank you to Harvey Norman I highly recommend her.

On Saturday my partner and I went to look at fridges , A man Shane helped us and we were in and out with in minutes after purchasing a brand new fridge and organising delivery ! He was super helpful and the whole process was fast!
This morning it was delivered and it’s so nice and spacious! The delivery man were both so nice and respectful and even helped me clear everything out from the old fridge because they new I was pregnant ! The service we received from Shane and the delivery men was above and beyond we are so happy Thankyou !

The customer service we received from Mira today was outstanding. Mira was so helpful and patient with our decision making process. We went to every other outdoor furniture store in the Homemakers Centre and returned for the great sale on the daybed and Mira’s awesome service.

I have shopped at Harvey Norman Penrith for over 20 years now and have found the service to be consistent, however you do come across outstanding levels of customer service from time to time which is what I received today from Riley in Computers.
Riley was extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to assist in anyway possible to ensure that my needs were met.

Went to buy a laptop and the assistant who helped me, Peter was very helpful and super friendly. I really appreciated the care he took in explaining things to me and helping me get some programs set up for my new computer.

Had a problem with a purchase toady . But Luke was very helpful and sorted it out very quickly with no hassle. Will definitely be dealing with them for purchases in the future.

I can not praise Darren from the print shop enough. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. I use the personalised print shop services all the time and Darren is always so helpful, even when he's busy. Thank you Darren.

we came into harvey norman yesterday and were assisted the whole time by highly experienced and knowledgeable staff. a notable interaction however was with paul in the portable air conditioners. he was one of the best people we could possibly of spoken to, he was so friendly, assuring and helped so so much. he definitely is good at his job, might even be one of the best workers we have ever come across! good on you guys, keep up the amazing work!

I just had a warranty exchange in Harvey Norman (so I wasn't spending any money and there was no sales commission on offer) and the lady who helped us - Bronwyn R - was so lovely and gracious and made it so easy. It was such a pleasant surprise and her customer service is next level!

I had such a wonderful experience with all the staff at Harvey Norman flooring! Rynal was fabulous, he gave me the best price ever! I love him! He was so patient with my indecision! The installers, Spiro the wood hybrid floor layer was fantastic! He's a perfectionist! He did the best job. Nathan the quiet (haha) carpet layer was so much fun! I enjoyed his company for the day!

There was a slight nick up with my order on installation. I called, Quinton was spectacular, he arranged everything for the next day!!

I cannot be happier with the outcome! My home looks amazing!!! Thank you so much.

Recently purchased a HP laptop with MS365 and Trend security. Had a great deal of assistance from both Hariis and Junior in the tech sales department. Both went above and beyond in customer service. Highly recommend Harvey Norman and especially these guys for you computer needs.

Reilly ( hopefully spelled correctly ) was THE BEST sales person I’ve come across! He was so helpful and informative to help myself and my partner get what we wanted at amazing prices :) he was very patient with us and answered all questions and explained things very well. My partner has been wanting another monitor for his gaming set up for a while and he hadn’t quite come across one in his price range and to the specks wanted - he only mentioned it to Reilly on the side ( gamers always finding a way to chat away ) and straight away Reilly was beyond helpful helping Lee get what he was after. Both of us are over the moon with our purchases and experience at Harvey Norman and will definitely be making the drive to Penrith ( from Campbelltown ) to this store in future for more items ( we definitely have a list ). Hope to see Reilly next time! Don’t get rid of him he’s fantastic.

I went to this store the other night to have a look around and had no intent of buying anything, I didn’t buy anything but had I had the money I would have, a man named Aaron with one of the best beards I’ve ever seen came over to us and started chatting, we got into conversation about the new Samsung galaxy s23 ultra, which I am looking to get as soon as possible, had I had the money, I would have bought it on the spot with all the extra care services you can buy, Aaron is one of the best retail salesman I have ever spoken too.

Computer section: Always happy with my purchases here, well-informed staff, who are attentive to your needs. Z was great!
Have been a customer for 15 years, and will continue...
