I go here all the time to get my scripts filled & when my repeats are kept on file , I just call up & they get them ready for me ,
I have always gotten great customer service & good advice, when I’ve been into this shop 😊

Helpful staff and always welcoming. I would like to commend Anoush for being so patient, genuine, warm and friendly in helping us find the right perfume every time we visit. She writes the names of the perfumes in the tester paper and I thought that’s something really smart to do so we don’t get confused. Thank you Anoush and the rest of the lovely staff.

Fantastic customer service, my son needed eye drops that 3 local chemists did not stock, I called chemist warehouse Emerald hills and the gentleman that took my call went above and beyond, firstly asked me to send a photo of the script to his mobile so he could identify the correct eye drops, after he received the photo he called me back straight away and informed me that they do not have it in stock either but could order it in and or gave other options.
Absolutely exceptional customer service.

Not a well stocked chemist on my visit today however I am writing a review for the A+ customer service I've received today and my previous visits.

Nada was exceptional as she assisted me above and beyond . She went out of her way to assist me where she could with her friendly demeanour.

On a prior visit, a customer service lady freely assisted me to my car to carry my purchases. I'm just sorry I didn't catch the person's name but I will surely ask next time I have an encounter with her.

I was served by Bridget at the register and she was very friendly and helpful in answering some of my questions. Great staff and deserves a pay rise for going above and beyond.

Just visited chemist warehouse lovely staff friendly service Jake was so very helpful with us picking out a perfume , very knowledgeable can’t praise him and the staffs help enough. Thank you Jake and team highly recommend this place .

As we are in isolation trying put online order for the same day delivery, Rimme help me with my order step by step stayed on the phone with me more than 20 minutes, pick up my order while she was with me on the phone and booked same day delivery for me. First time visiting Emerald Hills Chemist Warehouse, I had to Pick up my Click & collect items today ( 1/2/2020 12:58 pm)
& then I shopped around in the store to purchase more, the service was impeccable from the staff, especially from a young girl named Zeina who was more than helpful & what a lovely young lady she is. Very impressed, will definitely be back.

Love this place! They’re so friendly and helpful, however I understand with the corona issue going around but it’s embarrassing when you approach the worker to show them a pic or ask them a question and they take a HUGE step back like you’re the walking plague or something. It’s just embarrassing because I’m not a disease walking.

The store is nice, clean and has a lot of options. It would be nice to have some items on stock eg (1L Sukin Hydrating Shampoos)
