Customer service is amazing! Even though they were flat out and super busy, the staff still managed to slowly and calmly help me out, they were absolutely fantastic! - patient, kind and helpful. I am so happy there are still kind, considerate and helpful people during these busy holidays!

Compliments and appreciation to team members ‘Sarah’ and ‘Mel’ who demonstrated exceptional customer service to me in locating a special item (discounted Mistral air fryer) that was not on the store shelf. Can some one control the illegal parking at Disabled parking infront of woolworth Emerald Hills, it is getting very painful, that Disabled ppl have to park farther away, n ppl without permit fearlessly park at Disabled designated parking place. please woolworth or Emerald Shopping authorities take action against shameless violators. Please.

Staff are friendly, excellent customer service by staff and well managed by the shift supervisor or the manager, and you actually hear real people talk over the P.A system with a positive tone asking people to catch up with Woolworth discounted products.
