The manager Susan is very friendly and so accommodating. She makes sure she finds the right product whether you are a beginner or experienced cook and will explain how a particular cooking apparatus is good for which type of cooking etc. Bought a wok and it has been the best purchase for my kitchen so far. Worst experience I ever had. I bought two cast iron products from them. What kind of company policy is that THEY CANNOT REFUND ??? Every big brands even do exchange and refunds. I came today to return and pick up a product then the manger of this store says they can only give back refund on loyalty cards ??? What if I don’t want any products from this store ever again then what happens with the money on loyalty cards. This is not sometime cheap products where you can let go of it. I’m very disappointed with their service and would not recommend anyone.

First came to this shop for good quality but worst experience ever. Buy one pyroulx round French oven and order cast iron frypan for pick up. When came at home and cook with Round French oven it’s was burn whole of curry and sticked with the round French oven. I need seven days to remove all the stickiness . It’s was one of the worst things and came for return and refund . The manger told when u used this one we can’t return , I told her without use , how do I know it’s faulty product? She said I don’t know . She told me we don’t have any refund options and we can’t do anything. What is the policy. I told her I will never come this shop again . Pls refund my money . They said no I will give the money to the loyalty means I will buy the things from this shop

It’s surprising that in 2023 there is company policy that no refund and don’t take the faulty product . According to consumer law , we should to have refund . I m waiting to talking with the owner who will come next Wednesday and then I will go for the legal procedure .
