Chā Bar Ed Square

Chabar is always my go to drink at ed square! The drinks are always exactly how they should, and i love how they are more environmentally friendly then other bubble tea stores.

They have never made a mistake with my orders whether it be through delivery or take away!!

Staff are friendly and fast!

Staff is really nice. I ordered 4 drinks for the first time and they’re all really good, the menu is unique, importantly they’re environmental friendly. They used sugar cane fiber straws which can be reused. Charcoal and taro are the best I’ve ever tried.

Am a super regular here and ordered dozens of drinks on doordash from here. Today I got one in person and asked for less ice. It was the most ice I've ever had. I had a few sips of drink and then there was nothing! Even the label said 1/2 ice of the normal amount not the whole cup!!!

Update: The owner reached out to me promptly and provided a resolution I was happy to accept. Keep up the good work! Great customer service like this instils faith in me as a consumer that my support in their business matters and that we as a community are here to support each other! My husband and I live in a townhome near Ed Square, and despite being quite close to a lot of bubble tea places, Cha Bar is by far our favorite. Service is amazing, and drinks are always consistently good

Had the Summers favourite and Luna lychee. The Summer’s favourite was very very similar to the three guys at Coco (had the brown sugar pearls, pudding and grass jelly, however, was a smidgen better then Coco as there was the addition of the crystal pearls). Flavour was good and wasn't too sweet. The luna lychee was nice and refreshing also. Service was great by all staff and they were very friendly. Great variety of drinks on offer. Will definitely be back to try out the others. Also unlike so many other bubble tea chains, they didn't appear so tight on the toppings.

Been a regular for a while and their teas rarely disappoint. I'm lactose intolerant so I never order any milk teas. My fave is the aloe vera collagen, followed by the golden passionfruit (whatever it's called).
They also use cane straws which imo brings the rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. Seriously, I wish more places would offer these since they don't become a soft, soggy mess!

Service is pretty normal for a bubble tea shop, though I like how attentive the owner is on Google Maps. Decorations are also pretty nice at the back, although I'm not sure whether that's actually theirs or Ed Square's.

My only feedback would be to please ask people what sugar and ice level they want. I get it's a recent trend to not ask but 99% of places make them too sweet when they're regular sugar and ice. Cha bar is one of the places that never asked since day one, as opposed to other places that stopped asking over time.

One of my favorite milk tea shops! Love their fruit teas like Tropical and Passionfruit. Also love the classic pearl milktea and taro! I always add white pearl because it is yummy!

My favourite tea shop! I’ve tried many of their drinks and loved them all. Favourites: cloud coffee, black sugar matcha and all of the galaxy drinks.

Tried taro milk tea and it tasted delicious, like how the pearls are warm on the bottom 😋

Fast service. Even when it’s busy, it really is worth the wait. The drink are So delicious! Taro and brown sugar bubble drinks are a must try!
