Excellent customer service .
I ordered my fav chicken and egg meal, however the manager advised they are running late on getting their egg delivered and they don't have eggs yet. He asked if possible to order something else, however when I advised not to worry about it the manager went quickly and got eggs from nearby shop just to get our meal made and not to disappoint their customers.

Great place to eat. The food is always fresh and quick. Plenty of seating and parking.

Place was quiet but food and service was amazing, it only took 5 minutes for us to receive our order definitely recommend

Good service! Wrong burger was provided at first but he was happy to replace with the correct one and bin the wrong one!

We were served by Jackson who was such a breath of fresh air when it came to interacting with a fast food restaurant employee. Most of them usually have a "dont care", emotionless attitude. But we experienced great customer service from Jackson. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. We ordered the half chicken box with 2 sides.

Delicious Oporto double Bondi burger... Is it just me or are the fillets getting smaller?! 🤔

My burgers were made well. I hate it when there's sauce on the outside of a burger and you get it on your hands whilst eating it. Turnaround time was great and the staff were professional and polite. Only nitpick would be that I ordered two meals which were placed in a rather small bag. Maybe use the larger bags or separate the orders. 5 Stars overall. Well done!

Wrong orders are given to customers. It’s annoying when you drive off and then five minutes later you realise a customer service employee gave you the wrong order. The food quality is good.

Love this Costco. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I prefer to come to Casual Costco. I travel a fare distance but for some reason I prefer the atmosphere and vibe. Plenty of parking and convenience of petrol station.

Very nice food and good service

Staff were friendly and service was fast. My non-standard order was done correctly. The multi-user toilet was clean and even includes a baby change station. No drive thru. There is a reasonable amount of parking here shared with the 7-11 next door.

Amazing little place with fantastic service and kind staff. Food came out hot and fresh in under 10 mins. Wonderful experience!!!!!

This was my first visit to this oporto and it was the best ive had. Chips were filled to over the top of the cup, burgers were fresh and good amount of sauce. Almost everytime i get garlic sauce elsewhere its only half full but this store actually filled the tub so you definatly get what you pay for! Drinks were nice and cold and the shop had indoor and outdoor seating with aircon inside! Carpark is right out the front of the store, The shop was very clean and inviting, ill definatly be back next time im near here!

Last time I had pulled ckn bowl from there is so nice and also everything things is fresh in bowls so I appreciate the staff who made my food and the speed of service is very quick.

The staff is too friendly. It's food and sauces are awesome. Chilli sauce is Oporto's speciality. Their kitchen is always tidy and they maintain cleanliness throughout the day.

Best place chips and burger coming back almost after 5 years. Best aporto
