rebel Crossroads

This particular rebel sport is great.
It’s easy to find and you can see the big rebel sign clearly.
Plenty of parking ether out the front of the store or the car park is big take your pick.
Staff was always friendly and helpful every time I visit the store.
I’m asked politely if I need help and then left alone to do my shopping.
Great selection of stuff at rebel too.
I come to this store particularly because of its location,plus I love the Nike shirts and running attire rebel stocks.
Store is easy to navigate and laid out to be accessible with ease,change rooms have lockable doors and privacy so you can relax while you try your clothes on.

Purchased the Bowflex Select Tech adjustable dumbbells, including the dumbbell stand. I was attended to by the Customer Service Manager, Matt.

Matt was very helpful from the time I called earlier to discuss aspects of the product and its availability. I later attended the store and was met by Matt who continued to provide knowledgeable and friendly service.

Needless to say that I am very happy with the attention I received from Matt and highly recommend this tidy and well equipped store.

The dumbbells are so far, so good.

Previously went to the Liverpool store. Rubbish customer service by the Liverpool staff & didn’t even find all products I’m after even though online stated they were available.

Casula was busy, yet the staff still managed to bounce around the store checking with each & every customer to render assistance. I watched a male staff member by the name Shady approach customers & approach us.. he even went out back to check. He really went the extra mile above and beyond with his level of service, friendliness & professionalism.

The store was a lot neater, even though it was busy it was a completely different yet better atmosphere than Liverpool. Will I be back? Yes indeed. Plenty of parking - no hussle & bussle like shopping centres.

Ranges of sports items! Store is clean and tidy! Staffs are friendly and approachable. Great customer service. Recommended

Great service. Was served by a guy by the name of Alessandro and he helped me with buying some new football boots. He helped to ensure I got the right size boots and they fit my foot perfectly! I’d like to thank you for his customer service in being super friendly and ensured that I walked away happy.

We went to look for shoes for my brother and one of the staff members was really attentive, I believe her name was Me**** ( I’m not sure if I can write their name here). She looked after us and provided some really good tips. I don’t usually give good reviews to places but this was one of those times where I had to. Thank you for helping us!!

Awesome customer service, a massive shout out to Medina! We were in the shop this morning to buy a pair of soccer boots for my son. She took the time to assist us (many boots were tried on) and was super friendly!

This would have to be the most helpful store ever. Josh is amazing and so helpful , he has great customer service. He always helps out to any questions I have about different shoes. I had a wonderful experience at Rebels Crossroads on the 22nd of July. I had gone there to purchase walking shoes for myself. Very happy with the Customer service, though the place was crowded as a sale was on, Lauren the lovely customer service lady, helped me a lot, she knew her stuff well. Thanks Lauren. Jessica K had outstanding customer service over the phone to when we came in store. Jessica K assisted us with a range of products, styles & price & was fantastic with our daughter & ensured the products were well fitted & what we needed.

My family and I have been back for many smaller purchases and this young lady has been so professional on all occasions. Clearly Emma leads her staff by example as her leadership shows in all of her friendly and helpful staff !!!!!!!!! Emma is genuinely 1 in a million !!!!!!!!!!!

Customers are very quick 2 complain however very rarely say Thankyou and commend someone 4 for there effort and gr8 service ......
