Today after a tangi (funeral) we went to get a kai.

We were served by Zack, great man he was gracious, patient and kind to my nan that iykyk what our maori nans are like lol

The atmosphere was welcoming, the eatery was clean and a young man brang our kai out to us and that young man brang a smile to nans face.

Simple things make a big difference, not everyone has a kind customer service skills that is genuine, we can sense it.

Zac the manager and caitlin who took my order were great. About 2 weeks ago my order was wrong and I called up and they said they were gonna leave a note but never did. Caitlin was super nice and apologised for the mix up and I offered to pay but Zac gave me my burger for free which was what was meant to be written down but wasn't. Thank you to both of them for being so kind.

I don't usually give 5 stars to most of my reviews I reserved for something outstanding and this is the one. This HJ is newly open and operating 24 hrs. The Burgers are always better than MacDonald sorely personal opinion. However the best part is inside, I can see the creative design and they have listened what customer needed. There is a power socket and USB port on every table. Free wifi available, have not tested. Plenty of car park. Eye pleasing colour and lighting. I don't feel like fast food shop. I felt proper place to hangout with friends and family.

Very succulent burgers with my personal favourite being the Classic Jack’s Fried Chicken. They recently added a new burger called Whiskey River and that was pretty good too. Overall it was a great place.

"Manshika" went out of her way to help me when the digital menu was not working correctly. She even took a photo of the screen on her end to show the options. Most people would simply say "I can't help you". Absolutely excellent!

Very good service, in fact very speedy, but the dine-in restaurant tables were unclean and unsanitised.

Located at very convenient location for me, just 2 min walk down the street. Staffs were very friendly and cheerful. They were enjoying their own joyful work zone. And not to forget their great varieties of burger with great prices. My wife really loved vegan whopper.

Very polite and helpful young man. The bacon and egg on Turkish bun was so fresh real bacon cooked to perfection and the egg wasn’t rubbery like other fast food.

The bacon deluxe and whopper burgers were delicious.
A lot of times in fast food joints they just throw the burgers together so quick they look terrible, but these were presented as they should be. Very impressed.

So far so good. I have been eating from this store since its opening and so far have not had an issue. Staff are friendly and food is fast, not and delicious. In the beginning they had minor issues with service as the store was set up but everything is now running smoothly and in the manner a Hungry Jacks store should. Aside from the fact that it's a brand new store, it's also a much nicer store than many others I have been in and my family and I will definitely be returning. Thanks for the great service!

I really love hungry jacks, the wait may be slightly longer at times, but there food does not look like it was thrown together from across the room.
Portion sizes are still acceptable and price is good.
Staff are great too.

Our favourite go to for our hungry jacks cravings! Why? Great service, freshly made and I mean their fresh! Unlike many other HJ franchises we've been too, we keep coming back to this one! Fortunate for us, it's not too far of a drive just off M5 🤩

Yummy yummy burgers! That smoky taste is just something you can't get at the other place. Used the drive thru and the service was speedy and friendly. I had the spicy Chipotle burger and it was nice and spicy. The fries are awesome and you can get red Fanta!!!

The burgers are better at Hungry Jack's
