Vedang from Shiels Parramatta is such an asset to this branch. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to be helpful. I came here twice and was just blown away with how informative, professional but also a right balance of friendliness he maintained. Such a legend. Highly recommend coming to the store. Other staff were very friendly and helpful too. They stayed back past their shift letting us shop which we highly appreciate.

Shivangi was an excellent sales representative at your store and an amazing, lovely person overall. I honestly can’t describe how much I enjoyed the day as my late husband passed away not too long ago. I wanted to buy a pendant to honour him and Shivangi brought out the most perfect collection of jewellery to choose from.

Just moved to the Parramatta area from South Australia. I am a long term client over 18 years of Shiels and Grahams. After spending many $0000's on mainly watches and associated jewelry I can honestly say when I visit the Grahams store in the Myer Centre Adelaide and now the Shiels store in Parramatta, the service, product knowledge and overall customer service is excellent. My requests are always met and all staff are brilliant with their product knowledge. When I have had any issues to rectify, it has never been a problem and always done with a smile and respect. I would recommend Sheils Parramatta to anyone who is serious about their jewelry/watch purchases. Now my whole family and friends over 50 people all shop there and continue to thank me for recommending they shop there. Excellent experience, keep up the great work girls.

I’m so glad I came into Shiels today! Connie was incredibly warm, kind and helpful. She gave me the most lovely advice on the best chain to go with for my pendant, knew exactly what I was looking for and spent half an hour just to help me choose the perfect one. I was really indecisive but Connie was patient and supportive all the way through! Thank you so much, Connie and Shiels! I would definitely come back!

Went to this store for a gift and was served by a lovely lady named Connie.
She spent the time to talk us through her products and had patience with clearly explaining the difference in gold. She was very helpful and would definitely go back to her again .

I’ve been shopping around for a while for an engagement ring and I went into Shiels parramatta, the staff were really friendly and the environment of the store was very calming, store was really clean too.
The manager there Tess helped me out a lot to find what I was after and was very friendly, the staff are knowledgeable in their products and I was finally able to find the ring I was after. Will be coming back as this was a pleasant experience.

I went to the shop for the first time for an interview to join the staff and I loved the way they treated me you feel from the first time that they are your family I loved it

The girl with the braids was one of the most lovely people I've ever met. I was greeted with a smile and lots of energy! She wasn't one of those annoying people who follow you around and pester you. She let me and my husband take our time and browse until we found something that suited us! I will definitely be coming back here if all staff members tend to their customers like her!

I rang Jack (from country Vic) as we don't have a store in Victoria I was really wanting to match a ring that was on sale with one I had already purchased from Shiels online awhile ago. I rang Jack at 4.30pm on a Friday. Jack explained the store was busy and took the sku numbers down he rang me back 20 minutes later and spent time helping me find a ring As the one I picked out looked not right when placed with the ring I already owned .The ring Jack suggested I looked up online then Jack sent me a photo of the two rings together they looked perfect and Jack even saved me money. Great service and very helpful AA++
