I had the most amazing time in this store. The staff were absolutely amazing. The store manager Issi and her second in charge were so helpful, cheerful and nothing was a problem for them. I rang the store first to check that they had the stock. They were kind enough to hold it for me for a couple of days. I ended up buying a dress, a skirt, a pair of pants and a candle. All up I spent most of my weeks pay in that one shop. I am now a huge fan of Tigerlily and I will continue to shop at the Byron Bay store because of the staff and the wonderful vibe and ambience that they bring into this store

I had a wedding in Byron Bay yesterday and I desperately needed my Tigerlily skirt and top ironed. I called up tigerlily to ask if they could quickly steam it for me which they did. I was so thankful for their help and kindness!

Love the customer service and the store was great! All the items are stunning!

I’m going to give five stars because I love this brand so much and the cuts and prints are second to none! but sadly had the worst experience in their Byron Bay store this morning.. Totally ignored by the sales girl and not even a goodbye and thank you on the way out despite me saying goodbye. Sadly she is not doing this gorgeous brand justice and should probably work somewhere else and give the opportunity to the thousands of girls who I’m sure would love to work for this beautiful brand. I’m sure that pretentious or rude/miserable is not the right representation of the Tigerlily girl 😢

June 2015 - Everything is so gorgeous here and you just want to bring everything home. Since it's not a big store, there are limited sizes for the bikinis. I wished it's not so damaging to the wallet though!

Please update your opening hours on google! I attempted to come to your store at 9am on Sunday (which is when google told me you were open). Its 9.20am now and one is there so I assume you open at 10am? Frustrating because I have to leave Byron early and if I had known this I would have come in yesterday.

I just had a very unpleasant experience at the Byron Bay Store.
I bought dress on 23/12 at the Harbour Town store but didn’t love the color of the dress so on 24/12 I stopped by at the Byron Bay shop wondering if I could exchange. I was on my work clothes and the sales assistant didnt even looked at me properly, didn’t give me any attention so I insisted and she consulted her manager and they say yes. I wasn’t holding the dress by that time and so went back to the store this arvo. I got to the shop and they started whispering and the assistant manager come to talk to me. She was extremely rude, making me feel very uncomfortable in front of other people, including my friend that was with me.
When I told her that i don’t understand why she was charging me $38 extra for same dress just different color, she through my dress on the bench, turned her back on me and left me there with no explanation.
I’m extremely disappointed with the costumer service offered at the Byron Bay shop. With this actitude she ruined me day, treating me like nothing.
I believe that everyone needs to be respected, doesn’t matter if I’m wearing a $300 dress or my chef’s uniform.
