Girl Overboard

I came to buy new swimwear at 71 years it’s not easy as it once was! I tried on about 6 and the ladies photographed me in each one to send to my daughter - they were so wonderful, the store was busy but they looked after me so professionally & were so friendly. I bought one - but after chatting to my daughter overnight decided on another - I returned next morning explained and was met with such good humour and smiles - just fabulous. I was made so comfortable while exchanging the suit - don’t go elsewhere for your swimwear - they have it all. Thank you ladies you were amazing. Jen - Ewingsdale

I looked at the google reviews for this store as I am holidaying in Byron and wanted a new bikini. I was slightly put off as one woman said her children were greeted with hostility by the staff but I decided to go in anyway with my 3 year old daughter in tow. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and didn’t have any problems with my daughter being there (Mind you, she’s exceptionally well behaved) anyway I told them what I wanted and they found the exact costume I was hoping for to suit my body. I would definitely recommend this store.

Best range of swimwear between Sydney and Gold Coast. I don't shop anywhere else.

If you want the best service ever, go buy your swimsuit here. I was privileged to receive expert advice from Janis who fitted me for my first swimsuit since losing 23kg. Normally it’s such a horrendous experience and I am lucky to find anything I like. This girl knows her stuff and in a very quick 35 minutes which was far from painful I had a choice of 3. Thanks so much amazing woman.

Great selection of quality swimwear. The lady, I think she was the owner, was very helpful. She knew her selection and could recommend well fitting pieces for my body type.

As many others have said, the service leaves a lot to be desired. It is also very squishy and sizes are very limited

Went here to get a new swim suit with my husband. I was trying on suits and found a few I liked by looking myself. A lady asked to help and I said sure but when I went to look on my own again she came up and took two of my swim suits away saying “this is not right for you”. I requested the swim suit back twice since I had picked it out and knew my size and she rudely said no. She even told me my style was “too old” and told my husband he could leave if he wasn’t happy watching me try on suits. I’ve never been treated so poorly by customer service before and it’s outrageous to take away something that a customer wanted to try on.

I went into this store today with my two children to find new swimmers. I was only in the store for around 2 minutes when a lady approached me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable for having my kid's in there. Both of my kids were extremely well behaved right next to me the entire time but she rushed us into the change room before I had finished my selection. Safe to say I bought nothing as I couldn't believe how I was treated for having my kid's with me.

My experience started well and I tried on a few different styles of swimwear however when I thanked the lady for all of her help and said I would think about it before I purchased, she gave me the filthiest look and just glared at me. There was no way I was going to purchase from there after that. If you're in a customer service role and your strengths are not in customer service then I think it might be time to find a new profession.

Truly the most uncomfortable and disappointing customer service I have ever experienced.

I cannot believe this woman is in customer service, i was told i was rude for cancelling my layby and pretty much treated as if i was lying. I did not want to give this place any stars at all but it was the only way i could write my review.she does start out to be a nice lady but but when it comes to your rights as a consumer that will go out the window.

Unfortunately rude and miserable staff.
