Revolting Customer service. Just arrived desperately needing to use bathroom, only to see yet again an “out of order” sign in front of toilet door. After discussing the legitimacy of the out of order sign with staffer Jody, she assured me the toilet was blocked and they were waiting on a plumber. I told her of my physical medical ailment, and desperation for a toilet, but she told me to drive in to town (would have been too late for me sadly). I asked to speak to Manager whom she named Sean, as I suspected the toilet may not be out of order, but she refused to put me in contact with him. After my discussion with Jody, and out of sheer desperation, I went to the toilet door, opened it, walked in and noticed the toilet was not blocked, and with a test flush I quickly realised Jody had lied to me. By this stage, Jody was now knocking on the door, trying to get in the room with me, as I finally and most importantly, completed my business.

I had heard that many service stations try this “out of order” tactic on bathrooms, to reduce their output on cleaning the amenities. Sadly, I have just exposed what I can only assume was exactly that.

Having just dropped in for some fuel and a toilet break, it’s so lovely having just experienced polar opposites. Amenities were wide open to the public, and in pristine condition.

Great place to stop an get petrol or gas an a snack , friendly staff

After a very unpleasant and expensive dinner at a local restaurant we were blessed to meet ethan who gave us some great suggestions of good food and was an absolute pleasure. Super helpful we will go back for sure thanks Ethan you're a legend mate 👌 👏 👍

My partner and I had some issues with our car yesterday and the support shown by your staff was fantastic. They went out of their way to make sure we were okay. Beautiful souls!

Tire went flat on a road trip and we pulled in to change the tire. Ethan was extremely helpful, professional and friendly throughout the ordeal. Thank you Ethan! Ethan deserves a raise!

Was there a few days ago, with a punctured tyre.
Realised I didn't have the tools to change it.
Enquired within and the lady working there told me they didn't't have the tools.
5 mins later she ran up to me with the tools from her own car!
I didn't even purchase petrol (had already done it the day before, same place).
Amazing customer service.

Still offers LPG and I'd the cheapest place to fill up with autogas in the Northern Rivers

Has LPG, which is becoming more difficult to find these days.

Ive only been here once but the one time I was here the cashier went out and chased someone who stole something. Now that is some dedication and that man deserves a raise.

Friendly staff, easy access, competitive prices

Expensive, but every clean, super friendly staff, and great selection of snacks.

Very well stocked store with lots of items you would need for camping or on a road trip.

On the road into byron as you come into town from the pacific hwy, near turnoff to belongil Beach.

To the letter what one would expect from a Woolworths Caltex... No complaints here from the peanut gallery...

Connivanent location. I saw two members from the Australian punk band common enemy stop there
