Arthur and the team at Desmo Headquarters went above and beyond to get my Diavel back on the road. They squeezed me into their very busy workshop schedule to get me up and running again.
Very generous with their advice and passionate about all things Ducati. Incredibly pleased with their service.

Stuck with a leaking rear tyre valve stem on a return trip Sydney to Brisbane and in the rain, Arthur was able to fit me in to his day and replace the stem,to get me on my way home again.
Excellent service from a smiling team, his partner in the workshop team and his wife and thank you for the coffee and of course the invaluable help! Most appreciated.

Very fortunate and blessed to have world class Ducati legend Arthur in Byron. I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing the Monster here. Jackee is incredibly helpful and super friendly. Arthur has done work on my "76 Bevel and now my 2004 Multistrada. Absolute legend, he has the skills that only come with a lifetime of specialising in one brand. Also happens to be an allround good bloke, as well, as is Jim, his offsider. You won't get better expertise and service in Ducati World.
