Surf Dive 'n Ski Byron Bay

Awesome shopping experience. We were just there this past week and the fella that looked after us was amazing. Trying to track down his name if anyone could help me, loves a golden gaytime or 4 haha. Great staff member, great human.

Stephanie, you did an amazing job picking out a wet suit for me. I took it out for a swim in the "avo" and stayed perfectly warm. What a wonderful surprise to find such an amazing staff member. Thank you. 😊

My wife recently visited the store in Byron and received excellent service from a gentleman called Elliott . He went over and above to assist and even took the time to go out of his way to go to their warehouse down the street to get the correct size. We live in Byron and found it very refreshing to receive such great service particularly on a busy weekend . Well done Elliott

Great range , great staff! Lots of sales as well, plus they are one of the only Surf Dive n Skis in Australia to sell wetsuits (wahoo!)

Quite crowded, but helpful staff. Some clothes are hanging very low wich make them hard to look at.

Super rude staff, specially the tall guy with long hair! Never coming back, surprised to find someone that rude in Byron. I was basically kicked out in a bad way because I was drinking a juice while my husband was trying out some shorts...I carefully checked at the door to see if there was any no food / drinks sign and didn't see any and also saw a couple of people inside drinking the same juice as mine. Extremely disappointed.
