We were amazed that we could buy furniture made in Melbourne for less than the equivalent imported products. It gives you a lot more options to customise the product and the wait time was much less. The service was outstanding. This will absolutely be our go to furniture store in the future.

My experience with Alex's Furniture was fantastic! Browsing for Australian made sofas in the current day is a difficult task. However, Alex's supply the most available, at shorter wait times, compared to the other bigger franchises I looked into. Served by a very patient Peter, I spent 3 days deciding which sofa was best in terms of fair-wage made, value and overall comfort. A great deal was made between us and we had the unit delivered the very next day. Would recommend this small business store FAR above the rest of the franchised stores that surrounding it in the Highpoint area. If you want to support Australian, small businesses that support our local manufacturing, while also having top-notch customer service, Alex's is the best in the west for sure.
