McDonald's Carnes Hill

My recent experience at MacDonald’s Carnes Hill was nothing short of excellent! Despite visiting the drive-thru late at night, the staff greeted me with warmth and efficiency. My order was taken swiftly, and I was impressed by how quickly it was prepared. The seamless service and friendly demeanor of the staff truly made my visit memorable. MacDonald Carbs Hill is definitely my go-to spot for a late-night craving fix!

Kinda surprised at a lot of these reviews, I’ve always had pretty good service here or at least acceptable for a fast food service. I wanted to just thank the 2 young girls that were at the window serving last night (Sunday the 27th), they noticed on my online order that it had been my birthday recently and very nicely gave me an extra medium chips which really made my day because I’d just come from doing my own 10 hour shift in hospitality so I really appreciated the gesture!! I’ve always found this Macca’s to have fairly freshly made food, you’ll have your misses here and there but compared to some others in the area it’s fairly consistent. I think I’ve also been served by one of the younger managers a few times and he’s really lovely and patient cos sometimes my phone struggles with the Macca’s app but he is very patient. My only complaint would be that the lines at this drive thru do take a long time, again I work in hospitality so obviously I know things can be going on behind the scenes but if anything that just seems like a staffing issue if they need more people on cooking food.

Dining as we speak in the MacDonald's carnes hill, and let me tell you Anthony one of the workers who they have working in the dining area is exceptional paying attention to detail and notifying his workers behind the kitchen that customers are waiting or wanting something that they forgot. Anthony went out of his way when he noticed we didn't receive any serviettes with our meals. He asked 2 times the girls behind the counter they rudely ignored him so he went around himself and gave them.to us. Anthony has a slight disability but runs rings around those who think chatting and laughing is conveying customer service.

Worst macdonalds customer service is so bad always issue with drive thru sauce missing in happy meal or chips is cold.

One of the best. There is one particular gentleman that is generally on the floor helping people make orders and looking for my daughter's lost earring in the play centre... No we didn't find it.. But so grateful for him looking

Just went to this maccas today to order some dinner boxes as our oven happened to break down this morning (tell me about it). My poor wife was stressing as to what to do...so we had no choice but to make a trip down to the local maccas. What a way to make our day! The staff were extremely friendly and offered for us to take a seat and bring the food out to us. The chips and burgers were fresh and tasted great. The staff were really friendly and the store was fairly clean. Overall the experience made an otherwise crappy day just that little bit nicer. One of the nicer maccas Ive been to in quite a while.

They make the best toasted cheese sandwich’s out of all their stores in this area.

Staff are friendly, food is usually brought out in time.
