Out Of The Blue Adventures

Fantastic experience. I’ve been snorkelling a few times with Out of the Blue & recommend it to everyone travelling to Byron. I’ve been out with Gabby, Gian & Angus they always look after everyone on board & go out of their way to make sure all guests have a great time. The marine biologist hops in the water with you & points out different marine life & information as you go.

Went snorkeling with 'Out of the Blue Adventures' twice and what can I say.
It was absolutely incredible. We saw two species of turtles, Leopard Sharks, White spotted eagle Rays, different kind of fish.
If you are in Byron, definitely make sure you go snorkeling with them!!!!
A big thanks goes to Gab and the crew! All of them are super friendly, kind and they make sure you have a fabulous time out there.
I will definitely go again. <3

My family and I had the best experience with Out of the Blue Adventures! The staff were awesome (Angus, Gabby and Emily) and they went out of their way to make sure we had the best weather conditions and underwater experience. We snorkelled with Leopard Sharks, Eagle Rays, Turtles and lots of fish. I highly recommend visiting the spectacular Julian Rocks with this awesome company and crew. We will be back for another visit as soon as we can.

I have a wonderful experience with my snorkeling tour to Julien rock. I got to see many fishes and Turtle real close! Thanks Emily and Gab for taking a good care of us and make sure safety for everyone.

One of the best things we've ever done as a family. Amazing to get so close to the humpback whales in their natural habitat. Both Angus (the boat captain) and Emily (the marine biologist guide) were excellent hosts. The whole family were seriously impressed by Emily's knowledge of these beautiful animals - and her ability to answer the wide ranging questions asked by those on the boat. Awesome Whale Watching Experience
I had an absolutely incredible experience! The entire crew demonstrated utmost professionalism, and our skipper was a true expert. Accompanied by a knowledgeable marine biologist, we were provided with a detailed understanding of the challenges faced by whales, making it truly fascinating to learn about these magnificent creatures. The opportunity to observe the whales up close was truly breathtaking. Additionally, the thrill of navigating the bar or breakwater amidst the rolling swell added an extra layer of excitement. I wholeheartedly recommend this experience

What an amazing experience. I Was a little nervous beforehand but once I was on the boat, I was made feel so safe and comfortable. Gaby and A made the whole experience enjoyable. It was more than just looking at whales , the knowledge about the creatures you learn on the day made it an experience to remember. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The experience was amazing. We saw some whales (baby whale, female and male) and was amazing! I come with my mum who has been here to visiting me from Italy and she loved that!
We also saw beautiful dolphins. The trip was funny and interesting due to all the informations that our marine biologist told us and due to the funny but responsible driving of the captain!

Such an amazing experience I have been out twice with my family and we have never been let down. The staff are absolutely outstanding and make you feel safe. The marine biologist on board provide such interesting information about the humpback whales and the bottle nosed dolphins. Angus makes the trip and enjoyable and very comfortable as he navigates the swell. I would definitely recommend doing the whale watching trip, they come up close to the boat and if your lucky they breach.
I will definitely going back next whale season. Cheers

Fantastic morning Whale watching out of Ballina. Got some great videos and tour company took some amazing photos of multiple humpbacks. Max the marine biologist was great and gave us lots of information on the whales that migrate down the NSW coastline. Highly recommend!!

Awesome 2 hr whale watching tour. So many whales and such great info. The crew were friendly and patient. And the whales came to us, it’s wasn’t intrusive or commercial, it was awesome. Thank you

Absolutely amazing experience. Our marine biologist Gabby was so knowledgeable and lovely. Helped out my daughter who was sea sick while still keeping everyone informed on the whales throughout the tour. Our skipper was fantastic aswell, so professional while also making the journey back to shore fun with some cool manoeuvres.

What a morning. Super friendly and professional crew, all so knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Made the trip in and out and the snorkelling a memory forever. Couldn’t rate them highly enough. 11/10.

An incredible whale watching experience. Gabrielle (our marine biologist) was so incredibly knowledgeable and easy to listen to and skipper Al kept us safe and dry. We were lucky enough to see multiple whale groups and a couple of babies. Unforgettable.

Brilliant morning on the ocean. Dean is an awesome skipper and Gabby, his marine biologist is so informative. We saw whales breaching! We saw tails, flippers, fins and heads!!! Very exciting to see these massive mammals on their annual migration. Highly recommend Out of the Blue Adventures.

Absolutely amazing time!
We saw a juvenile breaching constantly for 1 and a half hours. Our guide Jodie was full of interesting information throughout our tour.

Amazing experience. Staff were knowledgeable and professional. It was great to see seemed as excited to see the whales as much as we were. We saw and heard SO many whales. Perfect morning.

Best whale watching tour ever!! Out of the Blue Adventures did an awesome job. Angus the skipper was very very skilled . Felt very safe in his hands. Marine Biologist Emily was incredibly knowledgeable and delightfully cheerful.
They also take the govt parent vouchers.

Gabrielle & the boat Captain were knowledgeable about the local history of the area & the local bird life. It was a very enjoyable afternoon.
