Had the best experience ever, first time coming here and first nose piercing I was treated so well from beginning to end! Thanks so much specifically Jae, you’re amazing!! Made me feel so comfortable, answered my endless questions kept me super at ease, and just overall amazing hygienic practices and lots of laughs :) I’ve had bad piercing experiences in the past and couldn’t be happier with the genuine treatment from Jae, seriously! employee of the month or even dare I say year but that’s just my opinion :) will forever be coming back

I've been a repeat customer for around 3 years at SkinKandy Narellan and have had upward of 10 piercings done there.
The team are awesome, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The store is always clean and tidy, but definitely book an appointment because it tends to get busy.
They also pierced my 6 year old daughter's ears and were so good with her! The team were calm and quick... and the bravery certificate was so sweet!
Can't recommend them highly enough!

I got my Daith done by Griffon, he was absolutely amazing! I was getting nervous and he walked me through everything and made the whole experience so easy. And such a funny person! Definitely recommend him when getting a piercing!! Btw pain was so minimal, I rate a 4/10. So amazing!!

Got pierced by Griffon, he made me feel super comfortable! Talked me through everything he was doing and put a lot of effort into finding the perfect placement. Could not have felt like I was in safer hands :))

Special shout out to Jae at Skin Kandy Narellan for my nose piercing yesterday. Whilst they were short staffed and extremely busy, Jae kept her composure and remained extremely friendly and customer focused. I hate needles and my anxiety was kinda high, but Jae made me feel calm and I barely felt a thing. Thank you, Jae. Skin Kandy need to clone you - valued and dedicated employee right there.

For the first time getting my ears pierced it truly was an experience to remember. The online booking system was relatively easy to use and the customer service both over the phone and in-store was exceptional. I had the pleasure of having my ears pierced by Griffon at the Narellan Town Center Store. He was very calm, professional, and friendly and was able to help me conquer my fear of needles!

Had a great experience at Skin Kandy Narellan today. Janine was so patient and reassuring to my girls, even though it was so busy in store. The hygiene standards were impeccable. Janine and Emily did a great job piercing both ears at the same time for my twins who were nervous. They love their earrings, thanks for making it easy for them.

Today I walked in and only planned to down size my Medusa piercing - at the end of the session I left with both my Helix pierced and I love new additions. Mary was my piercer despite being an apprentice, made me feel comfortable and was dedicated to making sure everything was perfect. Alongside her amazing teacher Janine guided her step by step with such patience and understanding. I love my moon and star duo. I must say I was not expecting this experience - hands down was one of my best encounters ever and would do it again. You did phenomenal Mary. Thank you both and see you soon. ☺

Had my 6 Month old daughter’s ears pierced here recently. The girls were so lovely and did the piercings very quickly and accurately and explained the aftercare very well. My daughter barely even cried getting the piercings done. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely love this Skin Kandy, the workers are always so lovely, I've had my septum and forward helix done here and both times the workers made an effort to make me feel comfortable and talk me through procedure and aftercare. My septum is now fully healed and my forward helix on the way there (I only got it done recently) and both have had no issues at all. The workers are so informative on jewellery and have offered to help me change over earrings I have gotten from other places to new ones that prevent irritation, the workers are so honest and have recommended for me to not get jewellery changed if they believe it may cause further complications on irritated piercings, sacrificing sales for the overall wellbeing of customers. I absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for a new piercing or even just for jewellery.

I was so happy and impressed by Skin Kandy at Narellan. Janine was my piercer and was very reassuring, knowledgable and professional. She was so thorough and precise during the process. My piercing has been healing really well also. I would HIGHLY recommend both Skin Kandy at Narellan and Janine for her skill, knowledge, experience, customer service and friendly nature. Amazing place to get your piercings done. Piper, Janine, Emma, and the rest of the staff do an absolutely amazing job. Got my septum, helix, navel, nose, and daith done here and couldn't be happier. Absolutely amazing staff willing to help whenever they can. I got worried about my navel piercing multiple times and the staff were so kind everytime I would show up to ask about it. The staff are helpful, not only during the piercing and talking about aftercare, but also for checkups if you ever feel like you need to ask someone if everything is going okay with your healing piercing. The apprentices are well trained and I got my septum, helix, and daith all done by apprentices and I couldn't be happier. Janine is amazing and trains her staff well. Nice, clean environment, well looked after shop, great range, and great staff who give great advice. 10/10 recommend. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my piercings done. Went in for an early morning peircing with Janine, she is lovely. Friendly and professional. She helped me choose jewellery based on past history and the best healing options for me.
The store is extremely clean and Janine was very thorough explaining the process and aftercare. A+

I booked in to get my seconds done at SkinKandy and I was pretty nervous when I went in on the day but having Janine as my piercer she made the experience so easy and less nerve racking.

She reassured me before piercing me and told me to take deep breaths, “in and out”, as she went to pierce me. I can say that my piercing was really successful and not so painful thanks to Janine’s great service. I’ve received other piercings done by Janine as well and all of them resulted in no infections and no pain.

Janine took great care with my piercings and she also walked me through all the necessary steps into taking care of my piercings and what products to use.

Would highly recommend getting your piercing at SkinKandy. All the staff are just as lovely as Janine :)
