Easy store to navigate had everything I wanted.

Been having trouble with the click and collect so I walked into the store where me and my partner were greeted with a big smile by one of the service desk workers, I told her my issues and straight away she sorted it out for me, she checked the computer and then went out back to check every box she can so she could help out my problem, she came back in with my item with no problems, this is the best customer service I have ever experienced and this young lady that served us should get heaps of recognition for the service she provided, Thankyou so much Jess for going out of your way to help me out 😁😁😁

I just wanted to commend the Big W Narellan team for their attentiveness and overall care they show their customers. My daughter had a medical emergency on Friday and Brandon and his team went above and beyond to assist myself and my sister while we were trying to get her the medical assistance she needed. I cannot thank them enough and am forever grateful to them! Thank you from the bottom of my heart

We found what we needed and even ended up having a brief but lovely chat to the lady at the counter while paying for our purchase! While I'm pretty sure they have self serve, we didn't stumble into it, ended up at staffed checkouts and it was a nice experience.

A big store with a wide product range and plenty of parking in the centre car parks. Store is clean and neat, staff are friendly and helpful. This store stocks menswear in the larger sizes, nothing too spectacular, but you'll be able to get something.

I would like to appreciate the hard work of two ladies who were helping with direct to boot delivery on Monday evening. The hard work and politeness amazed me. Thank you both. You guys are doing amazing job.

I got incredible customer service from Chloe at narellan town centre on Monday the 13th at 1:57, in the book section she went above and beyond to assist me in finding a book. Thank you chloe.

5 star for the service to the young guy in the tv department.
Called me when the stock arrives again due to it being a advertised item,went there picked it up and the guy in the receiving dock at the back was also top bloke helping me load the big screen into the car.

Had stock that Macarthur Square did not. One item was faulty and staff exchanged promptly without any issues. Clean, stocked, friendly staff.

Great shopping centre experience ! Ordered online with BIG W last night, got an sms that my order was ready to be picked up, collected the Xmas present at the service area at the rear ID checked, all good. Narellan Market Town shopping center has it all. Movie theatre, food, beveridges, clothes, health foods, mobile phone shops, fashion for men and women, vast array of shops, it does not get any better ! Well thought out re-design and brilliant layout. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ yes, 8 stars !
