We had takeaway dinner from Orient Express. Ordered over the phone was easy. They have many choices for vegetarian meals. The Food is delicious, portion size is good and staffs are friendly. Happy with our order.

Lovely relaxing atmosphere, music and attentive professional service. The food was absolutely delicious. Being local & having a bad experience at a well known trendy Asian restaurant down the road from here with food AND service the night before, we were surprised here with an extra free dish after talking about our disappointment with the other place. What a great gesture from here. This is my new ‘go to’ restaurant for eating in and takeaway. I highly recommend Orient Express Eatery for locals & visitors alike. Thank you for reviving my confidence in the food culture of Byron.

Outstanding food and excellent service! So many dishes to chose from and everything can be made gluten free which is almost unheard of.
Standout dishes were the Vietnamese crepes, fish cakes and chicken wings.
Also the black sticky coconut rice is insane! Will be back…

Been here many times over several years and is consistently excellent - never even had a mediocre meal.
Friendly staff who even offered the three of us a big table on the quiet side of the restaurant.
Meals are massive, fantastic value for money and so delicious. Something for everyone on the menu :)

Very attentive service, great menu and attention to detail. Everything was cooked to perfection, tender and flavoursome. Love the theme of the place. Right across from the beach, perfect location to enjoy Byron and be in the heart of a lively place. Recommend making a reservation as it can be busy and to get a table inside rather than at the outside bar table (if seating comfort matters to you), otherwise good street view and nice fresh air.

This restaurant is a standout for the best Asian food in Byron Bay. With exceptional service, a clean environment, and a fantastic location, it's perfect for everyone. The menu offers delicious dishes that cater to all needs, including those of children. Highly recommended for a satisfying dining experience.

Big potion sizes, amazing food, great atmosphere and the staff are really kind. My family and I went here recently and have started getting food from here more and more often. They do takeaway, or you can sit in. The fried rice is so good! I really recommend this place. If you’re hungry, get your food from here. My partner got the spring rolls and she said they’re very yummy! Nice selection of wines and there’s heaps of amazing sauces you can have! We were surprised how cheap it was too. Definitely coming here again! :)

Super friendly staff last night from ordering on phone to coming in store to pick up order. Delicious and fresh food for my family to enjoy. Definitely will be recommending this place to our family in Brisbane whenever they come to Byron Bay. Much appreciated to you guys, thank you so much.

I love to eat at Orient Express. It's doubtless the best restaurant in Byron Bay. The food is very tasty and the portions are huge. There is a lot of choices of dishes and I've been trying almost all of them and it's all really good. The staff is so nice and welcoming. I love to eat here, I come to eat here at least twice a week since I tried it the first time.

Awesome little place, service was so good I had to write a review. Portions were generous. My partner and I shared pork gyoza and singapore noodles, and my coconut rice was perfectly fluffy.

We had the pleasure to eat out at Orient Express restaurant, tonight... seriously beautiful food!! The servings were really generous, and the flavours were amazing. We had Korean spicy chicken wings, which were the crispiest and yummy dish, ever.. the guys had pork belly skewers, on slaw, also yummy as.. main I had the Crispy orange caramel duck, I loved.♥ Craig had the spicy Pork belly on beautiful greens, and Ben had the Calamari, pork and green beans, he, loved it.. really loved our evening, it was such a lovely evening the staff and Tippy the owner were totally the best ever!!! The whole experience of amazing food, great service and the authentic Asian decor, of the whole place even down to the restrooms, second to none... ♥♥♥👍👍👍👍

Orient express what can I say one of the best restaurants in Byron! The service is 10/10 it is more just a restaurant. I had the crispy duck and it was amazing so many flavours defiantly made with love and awesome potions sizes
