Pandora Highpoint

I came to pandora on Sunday the 28th of July. While it was incredibly busy and filed with customers, the sales team did an amazing job managing the store with only two of them.
For me personally, I attended the store on an electric scooter, the staff approached me with a positive attitude and amazing customer service. The staff member (unfortunately can’t remember the name of but has blonde hair) brought the tray to me and instead of forcing me to look above the counter. She assisted my mother through the payments quickly.

The store it’s self was easy to navigate with the scooter but due to the amount of other customers it was easier for my mother to do the payments.

went here yesterday with my boyfriend, the place is packed with customers and there were only two women working. but still, the customer service was top notch 🥹 i was assisted with the one with black and red hair, i dont remember her name (i’m sorry!). even tho the place is crowded, she somehow managed to be friendly and super funny while assisting us in search for a couple ring. def 5/5!

I bought my wedding ring here last year and lost one of the jewels in it recently
Today I got a whole new ring at Pandora ! So refreshing and shiny to have a new look again

Ideally located at highpoint shopping centre, Pandora offers a broad selection of Jewelry in a shop that is very trendy and brightly lit.
Sraff are friendly and the ambience very relaxed, should you decide to buy or btowse.

I had amazing customer service by Zoey at the Highpoint store. She was soo helpful and patient as well and overall amazing service. It was my first time at that store as it’s not my local one but I will definitely be returning back purely for her.

Went into Pandora a few days ago to exchange some charms for some earrings and the sales associate Joanna was so nice, patient and clam! Despite my indecisiveness, she ensured to show me lots of options and helped me make the most out of my experience at pandora! Thank you so much Joanna for your amazing customer service!! I wish there was one of you at every store! Keep doing you!

I came into Pandora the other night and was greeted by Angelica. I had a ring from Pandora with some heavy sentimental value that was gifted and unfortunately broke- but she was understanding and happy to replace it for me under the warranty. Sure, it's a standard procedure to replace things under warranty, but she was so warm, bubbly and understanding of my situation, and offered a replacement in a heartbeat when I thought I had no hope of getting it repaired, especially as it was a gift. I am so grateful for her kindness and how she went above and beyond, and I hope Pandora knows they have a wonderful soul working with them. Thank you so much Angelica! <3

Shout out to Hanane who went above and beyond to help us with a warranty inquiry. After losing complete faith in Pandora (caused by Pandora Watergardens previously), today - faith has been restored.
She was professional, super helpful the options on how to fix our bracelet and was patient as she worked with us to locate our digital receipt. We only intended to rectify the bracelet but ended up happily spending more because of her.

I would just like to say Thank you to Reece as I came in on the 15th of December not having a clue as to what I needed and he was a massive help.
He knew what size my finger was just by looking at it.
He knew exactly what I needed for a present and within 15 minutes I had a whole heap of stuff and ready to go.
Excellent customer service excellent sales skills and the friendliest person I have Ever met.
Thank you Reece for making everything so easy for me and you have one happy customer here.
Will only be shopping there from now on.

Wow after reading the reviews here it looks like it really does vary depending on the staff on the day. Look I admit I have only ever bought Lovisa costume jewellery but I wanted something a bit more real, so I went into all the jewellery stores in HP. It was 36degc day so I was just in tank and shorts, no makeup and I think that's why I was ignored in at least two stores.
However when I walked into Pandora I was greeted and was given space when I said I wanted to browse... So glad I did, because I didn't know Pandora had other things besides those charm bracelets... And I wanted a ring.
Sales assistant was able to kindly assist me later on with size and picking out my first Pandora product, introduced to their membership and got 15% off because it's my birthday as well. What are the odds I was there to treat myself.
Thank you for being approachable I am bummed for not remembering your name. It just made the jewellery buying experience not as daunting as I had anticipated. I will be back for sure. This is the balance retailers need to get right ... Allow people to browse and be there to assist (not push).

Just got served by Reece at Pandora Highpoint. Been served by him before - best experience, love the costumer service and very well knowledgeable on old and new products. Highly recommended and he needs a pay rise!!!

I came in at 4:55pm, wanting to buy myself something to celebrate a new beginning. This wonderful lady called "Joy" patiently explained the various rings and what they each meant.

I was so moved and thankful for her sensational work and her professionalism! I would like to thank Pandora Highpoint for employing such wonderful staff members that are caring, kind, patient and compassionate!!

AJ staff member is really helpful and knowledgeable. There is always a wait at Pandora so be patient. Did you know some Pandora items can be mended for free. It can take 6 weeks but great service . Thanks AJ.

As I'm in love with Pandora collection, I was having difficult time to find my own ring size as i have big hands.
I went to Chadstone and Woodgrove branches, however, they couldnt find my ring size except Reece.
He didnt need to measure my finger ring, all he asked was taking a look at my hands for less than 5 second, he already know my ring size.
I was amaze of how professional he is, therefore I didnt hesistate to purchase the products straight away.
I have been with Pandora for 4 years and have spent quite a lot money on my collections, however other place never suggested me to register with them except Reece.
I'm very satisfied with the service and products today.
I definitely will come back to this store for more ring collection.

Just have to say that is was an absolute pleasure to be looked after by REECE today. So down to earth and
was extremely helpful. Even bought some stuff I didn’t think I needed..lol !! Definitely will be back.
