Very efficient service provided especially when they helped me to top up my opal card in a span of 10 seconds before my bus decided to show up unexpectedly. 10/10 Best newsagency!!!!!

Staffs are mostly asians and not native speakers so a bit hard to communicate. Other than that, a nice shop.

Bought headphones as I desperately needed to have a work meeting. They were very faint useless then I realised one side of headphones does not work. I hardly go to office. Went in a month later and showed receipt explained and lady just laughed at me dismissed me said I should have come back immediately and not a month later. She totally refused to do anything.

This is NOT a Newsagency. NO magazines at s at all. NADA. ZILCH. (I looked and asked!). Walked a wasted 600 m on my very arthritic ankle. NOT HAPPY JAN
I am sure it is a nice small store. But Mr/Ms Proprietor, you need to rename your business ASAP. People like me hunt out NEWSAGENCIES in order to buy magazines from one in order to support these businesses. Thanks - not!!!!

Don't reload opal card here. It takes her several minutes to make the machine work. You might miss your bus.
