Just want to give a shout out to Roland from the Alexandria store who helped me select a fridge and washing machine. He was knowledgable and patient and gave us great advice. He then followed up after we purchased to say he was concerned that the fridge wouldn't fit in our Unit and had done research on our kitchen layout and size. Definitely service that went above and beyond. Thanks!

We had some minor issues with a Dyson stick vac we bought as a present for my sister in law. Mitch was very helpful and contacted them for us. Dyson was not that helpful, but Mitch went out of his way to help us out. I recommend Bing Lee (always been happy with their service), and Mitch in particular.

We tried a larger store on the same level. One single salesperson could be seen and in no hurry to finish with those customers. At Bing Lee a salesperson met us at the door and took us straight to dishwashers. We knew what we wanted. The transaction took about 12 minutes. Adam was savvy and understood our need for speed. Miele could not deliver before 2 weeks, but that was the same everywhere. So hullo hand dishwashing again!

Good Range of Quality Brands at Great Prices. Bought a Yamaha Home Theatre Receiver online on Friday evening and it was ready for pickup from the front counter first thing Saturday morning. Plenty of parking close to the store entrance, friendly staff, fast service. Good job guys!

After having a really bad experience with The Good Guys earlier in the week both in their customer service and worse in their delivery service I was sceptical to use anyone else but I have to say from the salesman Jorg ( Alexandria) to the most helpful and friendly delivery men I definitely made the best choice in going with them. I highly recommend them and give them a 10/10. 🙏

Consistently excellent customer service. We arrived late in the afternoon on our last visit, looking for a newly released item that was not yet on display. Jenny went out of her way to locate the item. She also placed an order for another item that was out of stock, which was subsequently delivered the next morning.

Great huge store with heaps of products & great prices. Pleasant service without being too in your face trying to sell you something. They answer your questions & let you choose. Would recommend this store. Didn't realise it was located so close & am happy to find another Bing Lee nearby since my favourite local one closed down. If you're after a good deal at a friendly store, worth trying this store!

I bought a much-sought-after item online with the expectation I would be waiting a week before I could collect. Half an hour later I received a call from the store telling me I could collect following Covid-safe procedures. Staff were friendly and helpful both on the phone and at pick up and the item is fantastic (also cheaper than elsewhere).

Very pleased. Bought during lockdown so needed either delivery or click n collect. The item was in stock near my home so opted for click n collect. Price was 6% better than Amazon and did not have to wait a week.

Excellent service in the washing machine department. Very easy transaction. Delivery to the central coast was not a problem at all! He even gave me a small discount on the four items I purchased. Great customer service. Thank you.

I was served by this wonderful elderly lady (didn’t get her name 😔) when I went to collect my online purchase.
While waiting for the goods I told her that I was looking for a Dock Stand for my other purchase which I’d ordered online too.
Instead of showing me the item that would have costs me $149, she gave me a form and advised me that I could claim the Dock Stand for free.
This is great service beyond measures ... thanks dear elderly lady! :D

I appreciate the sales staff (Roland), and support staff (Julie) at Bing Lee in Alexandria. They made all the purchases and delivery a hassle-free process, and were responsive and understanding when we had an issue with our order. Would happily shop here again.

I was having a truly average month. A forgettable week. A terrible day. I walked into Bing Lee with 15 minutes and a tight budget to buy a good stainless steel dishwasher and get it delivered and installed the next day.
Lee sold me exactly what I wanted, heavily discounted. No small talk, No sales rubbish. He did all the paperwork super quick. Wrapped it up lightning fast.

The staff is attentive and welcoming. I searched for electronics in Alexandria and Bing Lee had popped up. I’m so glad I went in as Galvan took care of my needs. He gave me his honest opinion and I have him my budget. Through his research we found a product that I didn’t know about but was happier with due to the extra options. This is going to be a present for a friend of mine and i feel happy making the right decision. Thank you

I gave 5 out of 5 stars as there was nothing that happened to give otherwise. I purchased a Dyson cleaneronline and was promptly advised that it was ready at my store of choice, Alexandria. The staff were ever friendly and kindly let me bring my small dog into the shop where the staff "loved" him. My item was waiting at reception for me and after having a friendly and helpful chat with the staff in attendance I was on my way. Parking was adjacent to the complex's entrance and only 30 metres from the store. All too easy! I have purchased there before and will do so again. JD 11/04/2019

Good customer service. Roland was very helpful and knowledgable about all the products. Especially when I had issues setting up my new TV, he walked me through step by step to solve it.

One of the few places that actually sell the Apple Airtags - rather than just the accessories :)
With Covid still killing the in-store options at the moment I placed the click and collect order this afternoon and within a couple of minutes was informed that the Tag was ready for pickup. I cruised down, lots of free parking, walked up to the shop front and the helpful staff met me and within less than a minute I was on my way.
I'll definitely use them and this method again.
There was the option to shop instore for the fully vaccinated if I so wished but it wasn't needed in this case as I knew what I was after.

Washing machine died on the weekend, so ordered the model I was looking for over the phone on Sunday afternoon, for the best price I could see anywhere online and still got a further discount. It was delivered and installed within 2 hours on Sunday evening, that's customer service!

I was looking for a laptop with specs i7 RTX 3050 and had been comparing more than 10 online shops, which then reduce to only 2 shops that sell the cheapest price with same specs. Bing Lee is one of them. I choose Bing Lee as it has a front shop, ability to click and collect within 1 hour and best price for the item I was looking for.
