Kyrah and Jerome were super helpful, going above and beyond to answer my technical questions about a drone. I really appreciated their service and speedy response. These guys clearly know their stuff!

Excellent customer service. I bought a Mavic Air about 5 months ago and had a problem with my remote controller so I brought it to the shop so they can have a look. Joey and the whole team was super helpful. Took the remote controller and sent it to DJI, a week later it was replaced, and they kept me informed at every stage. Super friendly and passionate team. Exactly what's needed to run a good business, well done and thanks again guys!

My drone broke during a long vacation. I emailed them asking if they could fix my drone by the time I was in Sydney. They were very accommodating and responded quickly. I am very happy that they were able to fix my drone in time for me to pick it up during my stay in Sydney. I would highly recommend their services!

I've been here Saturday morning , to buy some DJI goggles , if you looking for a real customer service , that's the shop , I bought those goggles and they could just let me go and do the settings by myself , but no , not a sphere drone , they did set up everything for me , and to me that make a big difference , they gain a new customer for sure and I will go back with pleasure .

I was searching for a drone as a gift for my son, and after doing my research I enquired about a model that turned out to be discontinued. Adam at sphere drones was super friendly, helpful and professional. He gave me advice about the DJI Spark, which had all the specific features I was interested in. Also offered a special package deal also on offer at other retailers (and who were out of stock), over-delivered by arranging delivery from the Melbourne offices within a fairly tight timeframe. As a second interaction I wanted to purchase extra parts and warranty and this was very straightforward and easy. All the staff have been fabulous. As a drone novice I have also become interested in my son's new drone which has turned out to be really awesome. Great team at sphere drones, very knowledgeable and helpful, highly recommended.

Rang before ordering online because reasons. People on the phone really nice and helpful and knowledgable. Once ordered all proper feedback and tracking received and order arrived within days. Backed up same level of quality with another order weeks later. Spot on.

5 Stars to Sphere Drones, its not often you deal with a company that has such an in depth knowledge of their products and offers amazing after sales service. I purchased a Phantom 4 and Sphere were kind enough to update the firmware and calibrate it so it was ready to fly when I received it, they are an authorized dji dealer so It was a no brainer to buy from them in case I have any problems they can do repairs instead of having to send my Drone away which means more flight time for me. They have been only a phone call away for any technical advice I have needed and I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

My Tello drone was 3 months out of warranty and stopped working. Sphere offered to waiver the $150 inspection fee and treat the repair as a warranty item. Would recommend anyone to use them.

Sphere Drones has been very reliable and appreciative on many avenues of services. When my drone broke down 2 weeks before my holiday, I needed urgent repairs in a short period of time and they understood and delivered impeccably in time.

These guys are a great source for anything drone. Very knowledgeable and always have what I want when I visit. Staff are very friendly and helpful and always go out of their way to get what you need.

Picked up a Mavic Joystick Guard, pretty happy with the product. The sales team was more than happy to show me how to use it properly.

Ended up picking up landing feet for the mavic pro as well.
